So guess what walked in my yard today...





So I had a pheasent walk into my yard today. I acted fast and got my daisy and shot him.
Now the question I have, is how do i cook him... Any recipes?

I've had 1 time, and it's by far the best poultry i have ever had, the only problem is I have never cooked one before..

I'm not concerned It's not really an outspread here in west europe, and It didn't look to be sick at all.

I've never had pheasant, though my dad used to hunt it. I remember seeing it in the freezer when I was four or five.

Also, remind me not to walk into Joey's yard.

And lastly, I really don't see anything wrong with the pictures. It's raw meat. Embrace it.
