What made you frown today?

Or glare, or be sad, or angry, or anything else that generally made you feel worse than you were feeling before. Inspired by Haret's What made you smile today thread, and the fact that I've been bloody depressed as of late and there's a lot more that makes me feel like crap than there is that makes me smile, and really, if I see one more "I smiled because I got to see/talk to/got a sweet message from/hugged with my boy/girlfriend" type response I'm going to puke my bleedin' intestines out.

Yes, I have issues.

Anyway, just post anything in here that made you feel like sh*te. Big things, small things, horribly depressing things or just minor annoyances, it matters not.

To kick things off:

I got to spend time with the fat, stupid, selfish butthole that is my brother today. His voice alone is enough to make my blood boil. Seriously, just being in his presence is enough to make me feel miserable.

Also, I thought a lot about my ex-girlfriend today. And about how absolutely horribly she's treated me. And loads of other related stuff that I won't share here lest this thread immediately turns into a flame-war.

I also thought about the future of my life, which is also made me feel crappy.

So, what made you frown today?

Everything. This is an absolutely horrible day, and I haven't been this depressed in a long time. (Well, unless you consider two weeks ago a "long time." )

The fact that last night when I was on MSN with Void Phantom and Rew, I left because I was going to sleep. Well, I never quite made it to my bed. Within minutes of me signing off MSN, ready for my work computer to auto-kick me as it always does to show my shift is over, it kept me logged in. So I sat there till 4am this morning when the extra shift someone shoved on me was over followed by my own usuall shift. Never finished my work for school because for some reason the site for work had so many damn bugs to fix in it that I didn't get a chance to keep working for school. I dozed off for a few seconds around 5:30 thinking 'THANK GOD I CAN SLEEP'. It didn't happen. My damn alarm went off telling me to start getting ready for school. I didn't move fast enough. To be quite honest, I have not moved from this effin chair since 9pm last night. Only time I did was sometime around 4am to get files from my room and take a trip to the bathroom. Now because my boss sees that I'm on my computer he thinks I'm doing nothing and I'm sick again, so he just gave me another person's shift to do. I can't go complain about it and say that I don't have time to do that shift because my mic is broken and the laptop with a built-in mic has issues and won't let me log in. So pretty much I'm not getting up from this spot again till either 1pm, or when I need food or something.

That's more than enough to make a person frown.

Okey, it;s fine to share sorrow with friends and comrades, and get uplifting messages in return and invite each other to talk and help each other with problems and get tHRough them. But I'm not sure I'm fine with the idea of just a place concentrated full of negativity and just that =X
It doesn't help anyone- in fact, it'd make depressed/sad people even MORE so because of all the depressing-y things they read, but also, throw a damper on other people's positivity.

Let's not revel in negativity, but try rather, to get over it rather than reinforcing it =)

Also, BBD's post contributes nothing to the thread (unlike Asia's), and I would think a former mod would know better than to spam.

@Asia: Eh, the thought behind the thread was mostly that people could get everything that makes/made them feel bad off their chest and hopefully feel a bit better afterwards, actually. And maybe support each other if possible. Or at least, that's the intention.
