Most People on ZU are how old?

I was a bit surprised how high the adult choice was too. Funny some people don't act like their are adults. JK

Welcome to life. You will be judged by everyone on a multitude of factors, including your age. When you get older you'll understand; and you'll probably do exactly the same thing.

Age does play a factor, but not always. I know a lot of people here on ZU that act well beyond their years, at least as far as typing goes. We don't know how they are in real life. I'd say most are an accurate depiction.

When someone is acting really immature, usually going to their profile and looking at their age explains a lot, but I've been surprised before.

The internet isn't really an accurate depiction of people's personality most of the time.

Actually, I find it the perfect place for people to let loose and be themselves more of the time, which in some cases is good, some bad.

Believe it or not, we were all 13 and pissed off about being judged by adults at some point in our lives.

Whether or not that's true is debatable, but in any case if they let loose more on the internet then it's not how they act in real life anyway.

I will be 12 in about 3 weeks. So I'm classified as a kid. Don't really have a problam with that. Unles, of course, people think I'm not mature enough to be on these forums.

20 years old so I comfortably fit into the adults group =). And it's interesting to see that there really is a good balance of ages in the forums. And I agree with Bret that many of the ZU Vets have stuck around and literally *aged* with the forums till they stepped out the teens group and are now 19+.

Had this poll been present five years ago, I would've comfortable checked Teenager (13-18) :3

The options are indeed a bit broad. There can be a large difference between a 13 and 17 year old ^^;

Like Asci and Haret, I agree it seems the average age has gone up since I joined 5 years ago. I had just turned 17 when I joined, so I still would've fit in the teenager category then.

I'm just about to turn 22 now =)

I don't usually consider myself an adult unless I'm teaching. I'm dealing with mothers who ask my "expert opinion" on their child's capabilities and achievements, and the way they speak to me really makes me feel 35 ^^;

You will never know my true age, I can only say that I´m 0 - 20 years old - !
