A day in the life of "you"

Describe an average day in your life. I'll give you mine for an example.


1. Wake up at 6:15.
2. Eat cereal, take a shower, and get ready for school. Leave for school at 7:25.
3. *In school*
4. Get home at 2:45
5. ZU TIME!
6. Leave for work at 5:00
7. *at work*
8. Come home from work at 10:00
9. ZU Time (Perhaps if I'm in the mood.)
10. Go to sleep at 11:00



This isn't very detailed. I left out a lot of things that takes place when I'm at school or work, when I hang out with my students/co-workers or eat.

Depends on the day! Weekdays usually go like:

8am: Wake up.
8:45: Finally get out of bed XD
9:00: Go for a run.
9:30: Shower/foods.
10:00: Surf 'net.
10:30: Brandon calls! <3
11:30: Go to work.
2:30pm: first break - walk to the bakery.
5:00: Lunch time for me! And afternoon walk.
7:15: Final work break.
8:30: Go home.
9:00: hang out with Azzy/play videogames.
9:30: Brandon time!
And I don't know when I fall asleep because I'm an insomniac.

Weekends consist of:
Parties, lunch with friends, paying bills, visiting the mall to shop, videogames, time with Brandon, sometimes napping during the day, Church, late night DVD watching, movies with Azzy. The only set time is Church at 10:00am Sunday morning. Other than that, there's nothing else really set (:

well this really depends on the day doesn't it? I don't do that same things I do on mondays that I do on tuesdays, and so on, but I suppose I will say what I did yesterday...

5:50- wake up.
6:20. actually haul my fat bum out of bed. Into the shower!
6:35: out of shower. take forever in the bathroom doing teeth, hair, make-up, then put on clothes and stuff because school nekkid, while a fun idea, miiight get me suspended.
7:00: arrive downstairs, make coffee, make lunch, then make breakfast.
7:15: leave house, drive, get to school. Sit in hallway in front of locker and do the physics homework I did not do last night.
8-2 LURN
2-3:15: various and assorted extracirriculars and/or going out with friends for smoothies or something.
3:30: get home, take two advil, pass out on the couch OR sit at my desk while listening to music and doing math simultaneously.
4:30: at the gym or cleaning or dinner or something.
6:00: start on history homework or English homework while procrastinating by (1) talking to friends on aim/phone (2) raping facebook (3) something on ZU.
9:00: worry about how I’m not done my history or English homework. Put down phone or minus out of IM/facebook/ZU and ruuuuuuush through the rest of my assignments.
10 or 11 or 12 or 1 or 2- SLEEPYTIEMS

After that, I'll probably just skype, browse forums or play video games. Nothing too special at all, I'm kind of boring.

11:00 - Lunch
12:30 - Go to Chemistry 1204
2:00 - Run errands/Go back to dorm
2:30 - Study, surf the web, or play a video game
5:00 - Dinner
6:30 - Study if needed, homework, write in journal, go on Internet, etc.
12:00 - Go to bed

Tuesdays and Thursdays
9:00 - Get up, take a shower, eat breakfast
11:00 - Lunch
12:00 - Study, watch tv, etc.
2:00 - Go to English 1102 (Was mostly canceled the entire semester)
3:30 - Go to Statistics 1222
5:00 - Dinner
6:30 - Study if needed, homework, write in journal, go on Internet, etc.
12:00 - Go to bed

And, on the weekends... it depends on if I have plans or not. :3

For the last semester it went like this:

8:00 am: Wake up, take a shower.
9:00 am: Class Piano.
10:00 am: Meteorology.
11:00 am: Music Theory II.
12:30 pm - 1:20 pm: Aural Theory II.
2:00 pm - 3:20 pm: Concert Band.

There were variations...
Monday:
4:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Freshman Composition II (which I shall be retaking. *bursts out laughing and than puts face in hands and starts crying.)
Friday: No Aural Theory II or Concert Band, instead I had a Bassoon lesson at 12:00 pm.

On Mondays and Wednesdays I was at school for a long time. Mondays due to a class, and Wednesdays due to lack of transportation. >_<

However, I had no classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, making them my days of practicing.

I went into detail. Nothing new from me, right? -_-

My schedule is hectic, but I manage.

6:35 am- wake up
6:55 am- go to school
7:05 am- arrive at school
7:45 am- go to first period band 3:05 pm- get out of school
3:15 pm- arrive at home and do homework
5:00 pm- on phone with Radkin and on ZU at same time
and the list goes on. TOnight, I've a band concert, so band for four hours is my day.

And then on Mondays, I have hip-hop from 7:15 to 8:15, and then jazz on Thursdays, from 6:30 to 7:30

7:00: Leave to be bored to death and eaten alive at school.
7:30: Sleep through math class.

9:05: Wish I wasn't in AP Gov.
10:15: Lunch and either Comp Sci or French 3 with Aly.
12:20: Try not to fail Chemistry.
1:15: Day dream through English class.
2:20: Get home, go potty, then either start homework or do something fun.
6-7:00: Dinner.
9-10:00: Go to bed.
Sometime after midnight: Actually fall asleep.

Yup, that's my basic weekday schedule. Pretty boring.

I'm an exceptionally busy person, but I try and keep a mainstay: From 5:30 to 6:30, it's Friends with a solid meal and a cup of tea. That is the sanity of my day, and if I get the chance to sit down and watch, my dying mother will wait until the commercial break.

The rest of it is just running around, screaming, collapsing from one thing or another, working (Zu counts as work <__>), and stuff. I'm on call for, like, 20 hours a day -- and have school and stuff.

To be honest, I have no idea what my days may include. That's why they're so much fun, and kind of make up appointments whenever ^___^;.

I then spend the rest of my day doing other things, usually completely random and school-unrelated. One day I could be practicing my guitar, the next sneaking around campus in camouflage and jumping out of bushes scaring people.

1:00am: I go to bed.
3:00am: I actually fall asleep.

This is also bearing in mind that I have scheduled violin lessons at 7:00pm on Mondays that always, and I mean always have to be rescheduled. I can count the number of times I've had my lesson at its regularly scheduled time on one hand.

Also, this is a very loose schedule, considering the larger part of my life is a swirling maelstorm of disorder and chaos.

Excellent thread! I really can't give an accurate description of what my typical day is like because university life is inconsistent. Some periods are hectically busy, but other periods can consist of weeks of non-stop COD4 online. There are some set activities which I do perform each day, and these I'll make bold =).

4:30am - Wake up to pray Fajr
4:45am - 10am More sleep
10:00am - 10:55am - Waking up, Shower, Teeth and getting ready slowly. Leaving late to my university lecture/tutorial.
10:55am-11:10am - Zipping through traffic on my trusty motorbike to get to uni. Arriving late.
11:10 - 1:30pm - University time
1:30am - 1:45 - Duhr Prayer
1:45pm - 5:30pm - More university time, talking with friends, lunch etc
5:30pm - 5:45pm - Asr Prayer
5:45pm - 6:00pm - Zipping back home
6:00pm - 8:45pm - Reading/Listening to a talk/lecture.
8:45pm - 9:00pm - Maghrib Prayer
9:00pm - 9:35pm - Reading the Qur'an
9:35pm - 10:30pm - I could be doing anything right now ^^;
10:30pm - 10:45pm - Isha Prayer
10:45pm - Midnight - Online, ZU, etc

I'll always be around and online throughout the day. I really don't have set time for food, though as a family, we do our best to congregate at least once a day for a meal. And like I said, this isn't a set schedule either as Tuesdays and Wednesdays are days off uni, so even more free time. They really do spoil us here in the UK
