Best/funniest distraction at school that has happened to you

For me the funniest thing was we were doing a english exam, half-way through it some random dog ran into our class and started running around everyone... made me laugh...
Anyway share any funny distractions or events that has happened to you at school, i am in need of a good laugh

Somebody (specifically, me) once staged a twenty-five minute argument with our English teacher about whether or not assessments are really a valid and accurate way of gauging our ability. We agreed that they are probably not, much to the amusement of the few people who actually managed to keep up with the discussion.

i once had a 15 minute argument with a techer on whether it was possible to sneeze with your eyes open. it wasnt that funny but it wasted 1/4 of the lesson so im not complainin

I was sitting in the middle of a history lesson when we were all reading silently, and somebody let off a massively ripping fart that just vibrated all around the room. Now, what made that fart so funny was that the person (we never found out who it was, though) seemed to try and stop it, but kept failing miserably. We could hear the fart squealing away, going quiet for a moment, before smacking back with a hiss and a pop, and that it kept going on and on for over a minute. The teacher just seemed to ignore it, or tried to, while everybody was giggling away under their breath. What made the fart worse were the acoustics of the room, which seemed to enhance the sound even more.

I remember back in year 11 when we were doing a poetry unit, and I took up about half of the lesson arguing with the teacher about out very different interpretations of the poem's plot. the discussion was good natured and productive, but I think I pissed my class off a little, who had to wait patiently for us to finish up. They 're no fun!

my biology teacher always ends up rambling on about irrelevant (and funny) stuff, and once he ran out of class cos his wife had gone into labour, and we were left on our own for nearly the whole hour

Just today 2 birds where flying through our classroom.
They where in when we opened the window... It wasn't that funny, but it was a great sight to see

When our worst teacher told us she was pregnent *jickes!* and will be staying home until the baby comes...........YEEEES!

I just heard a story today about 9 high school seniors that wanted to pull a prank that didn't hurt anyone or destroy anything- just pure fun- so 8 of them got banana costumes and one got a gorilla costume (their parents called them off that day)
then they ran into the school with the gorilla chasing the bananas and yelling "seniors 08!"

THAT is brilliant! tha bad part- they all got 7 days suspension, are not allowed to attend prom, AND won't be allowed to go across the stage at graduation.
I can understand the first two punishments, but come on- let them have their moment at graduation! the penalty for fighting is only 5 days suspension....


anway- nothing that great happened at my school. Nope. nothing coming to mind.

There was a blackout on my school and it lasted 45 minutes. We were all in the auditorium room and we were singing the whole time. We just gathered around the piano and sang.

When I was in grade six, we were doing this unit where the teacher would orally read to us short stories and we'd have to answer questions to the best of our ability. About two thirds of the way through the lesson, when we were on our fourth short story, she started reading.

The name of the main character of the story was "Fanny," but we didn't really know any of the other details, because every time she tried to start the story, she just started laughing hysterically at the word "fanny."

She couldn't go on teaching, she was in stitches that much, so she just let us do whatever the hell we wanted for the rest of the class.

Oh my god. That's really stupid. There have been worse pranks to have happened, that have ended up being harmful in some way, and yet all the kids got were a few days of suspension. ><

The best moment for me actually just happened today, ironically. In science, we were supposed to be answering some questions to a reading, but we were all too distracted by the teacher. He was attempting to attatch a pencil sharpener onto the counter, but he kept sticking his tongue out and wiggling it around every single time he started drilling. Every single time we heard the drill we all turned our heads to watch him do it. XD

oh actually, I used to have this teacher in 8th grade who was old and had a crackly voice. she used to say the most off the wall stuff. We'd have vobabulary/spelling words every week and she'd go over the list and explain the word if it was a new/unfamiliar word. one day one of our spelling words was pigeon, and she was like, "you know- pigeons. those noisy birds that poop a lot"

it was hysterical at the time... guess you had to be there.

We had a bomb threat, that was quite fun. 2 hours and one delicious pizza later, we were back for the last class.

well one time a squirrell got into a transformer and fried the electricity. we got to screw off for an hour in the dark... but I was sad for the squirrell

Wait....screw off? What's that supposed to mean?

One time the power randomly went out. The teacher started telling a scary story about the wolfman. He said that the wolfman came out everytime there was a moon, and then one full moon it came out of it's tomb and was known as the mummy. He combined alot of random old monster stories into one that didn't even make sense. It was pretty darn funny.

There was another one that happened today. I was messing around with one of my friends at school, and I started looking through her stuff, and I found a sticky not that said [spoiler=PG-14]I wish my homework was Asexual so it would do itself

that was pretty funny.
(I put those in spoilers just incase there is a younger audiance reading this.)

A few years back (during my sophomore year) an unidentified Senior streaked through school wearing a Darth Vader helmet. We never found out who did it, so nobody was punished.

Oh, and my friends and I are planning to Rickroll our graduation. It will be amazing.
