That's what I'm saying. I feel the number of lines should be raised for just that reason.

I,personally, don't see why there shOULD be a limit. not all funny or memorable things are short and snappy. And I repeat - if a person can't be uhm.. butt-ed to read something then they can just skip the post! :p

I don't know about you, but sometimes, I search back over the old quotes threads and try to tap back into the different atmospheres that were there during those times. You won't get any taster of that if it's just a wee "haha, out of context word/line be funneh" kinda thing.

If you genuinely found something amusing, post it. If you (as a reader) don't want to read it, then skip it! simple as :p
