Worst Physical Thing?

What do you guys think is the possible worst physical thing that could possibly happen to you, I say physically so you don't say the obvious "Your whole family and all of your friends dying in front of you and you can't do anything about it"
I'll only say mine if I get some posts just so they know I've thought of the worst....unless we have some people here which can think of worse things...I don't think you can though!

To be born blind, deaf, dumb and paralysed.

To be tortured, then blind, deaf, ect., and be drowned and unable to hold your breath because some guys are tickling you.

As in pain? I would say biting down on a sidewalk curb and having someone stomp down on your head. If there was enough force your teeth would be in your brain and you'd be dead or dieing. If there wasn't enough force then you'd be in extreme pain.

And I disagree with Kitsune. I think it would be worse to be born perfectly fine and then, after you have a taste of a slice of life go blind, deaf, dumb and paralyzed. Then you would know what you were missing out on.

Probably some sort of mechanized device that simply sends the maximum alloted pain-activating neurotransmitter (a simplified view but you get my drift) to every nerve cell in your body.

Nothing could be more physically painful than that.

As far as emotional pain goes, whole 'nother ball game.

Actually, they say that the worst pain ever is drowning (I dunno how the hell scientists proved that...)

I say having [insert body part here] ripped off with pliers. The list includes your tounge, finger nails, pubic hair, naval (for outties), and anything you can imagine.
