Keep Cool

Summer. It's really hot today i can't go to the beach or swim or anything else having to do with going out. I'm gonna die (j/k) if i don't cool off soon.
Sugestions?

1: buy a kiddie pool
2: fill with dead jellyfish and birdfeeder water
3: ???
4: PROFIT

Yeah, I've got one. Turn off your computer--it raises the room temperature by a few degrees ;0)

But seriously, keeping your wrists and ears and ankles cool is the big thing. If you soak your feet up to just above your ankles in ice water, or put your hands up to just above your wrists in cool water (too cold and you could get carpel tunnel over time...) it will sigNIFicantly lower your body temp.

Keeping cool. Uhhh, turn on your car and blast the AC all day. It'll kill the enviroment and cost a crap load of money, but you're cool so what else matters?

When I was doing dryland training and stuff we used to put ice compresses around our necks and ankles it worked miracles for me and everything BBD said is much true all of that works niiice

It's night time now. I'll try all your sugestions. All except Monty Burns'. i'm sure i'll be cool by then.

(1)Stand outside in a pair of shorts (shirt optional. Being a girl, I like to keep mine on) and get someone to spray you with the hose for a while. Goggle also may be worn, just for the sake of being fancy.
(2) Water balloon/gun fights. Buckets are really helpful aswell .
(3) icepacks?
(4) Borrow your next door neighbour's kiddie pool thing. And their kiddie slide. COMBINE THE STOLEN GOODS.

Get air conditioning. Hell YES.

Also, i support nudity. Or at least nothing but underwear. Ice cream, too.

take every bag of frozen vegitables out the freezer, and hide under them, OR take everything out the freezer and lay in it, alternitively, you could just stick a water baloon in your undies and sit down (refreshing AND hilarious!)

Oh god, mine is he only thing keeping me from freezing. I keep it on all day. Actually, I haven't turned it off in weeks. Huh, guess I should.

It's so. Freaking. Cold up here. At 4 PM, I'll feel my window and it feels just like it would on an average winter day. SO COLD.

The three places that can cool your body down the fastest as well as if in a heat emergency:

The back of the neck

The forehead

And the armpits.

I wouldn't suggest cooling the feet, it wouldn't help the case. Your feet will survive. The three other parts are much more important.
