Dont spend to much time in the Forums

dont spend all day in the forum cuz the next day you wont be able to walk talk or even communicate with other people all u wanna do is be in the forum with your ice cold coke by side and stare at the idiot box and laugfh occasionly

I agree that spending too much time on ZU can be detrimental. However, I have no trouble walking or talking afterward.
