I'm a girl, and know many other girls and boys who enjoy zelda (not as much as I do) I have yet to meet another person who likes zelda as much as I do (in real life). Well there may be one person, but i don't see him much... but I think of zelda as a game for everyone. There are more male avid gamers, but most of the female avid gamers play zelda. This is what I assume anyway.
ah yes i forgot to mention that most of my friends (girls) play video games and play/have played zelda.
To be honest, I think more women play Zelda than men. My theory is that more men are into sports games or first person shooters as opposed to a fantasy adventure like Zelda, whereas the opposite applies to women.
Ok not much girls whould like during those puzzles it should be made for guys.

I am women hear me roar. *rawr* ^^ Anyway, my point of view has already been expressed so I'm not going in to detail. Games are universal, guys play more often then girls do as a whole. Personaly I love video games and am usually playing them, expecially the Zelda series.
Someone asked earlier why a guy preferred to play a male in a video game. I do to. At least in an MMORPG, I don't have to pretend to be a female when I play and when it turns out it's a guy, it makes you seem like a loser who can't get a girlfriend. That isn't always the situation, but outsiders may feel that.
I don't play it because Zelda is a girl, I didn't even know that Zelda was a girl when I first started playing, I play it because I like the storyline and the fighting. Also the whole religion aspect, It makes you think. Then again, another reason is that I like video games in general.
