Rush Hour at ZU

These forums are great, but I'm starting to find myself bored every once in a while. It's either from waiting for a response or not finding anything interesting to talk about. It's really amusing for some odd reason to watch these forums "wake up". Anyone else get these sort of feelings?

Re: Rush Hour at ZU

Yeah, it's kind of slow right now, most likely due to the holidays. Also, there are quite a few people who live in Europe, which means that while you sleep, there's stuff going on.

Don't worry, things will pick up a bit once the holidays end.

Re: Rush Hour at ZU

It probably is the holidays, but when people come back from where ever they were they can post what they experienced. Soem people might not have a lot going on in their lives. Since i'm laying low this vacation I don't have intense emotions like anger that I get at school. I looked at some of the topics and I have responded to the ones that I can, I should explore the site more. But hay since you posted this topic we have more to talk about.

Re: Rush Hour at ZU

Yeah, I mean the last couple days I made like 4-5 posts a day, even less at times. Now all of a sudden since last night I love it here and posting a lot. Meh, once I finish my DVDs and considering I can't type my fic when everyone's home I just hang out here now.

Re: Rush Hour at ZU

I'm only coming on here about once every week at the moment so it doesn't seem ecspecially slow to me. Just wait until the next Zelda comes out. I'm sure that we'll have some new members then. Also we should get some soon, kids would have gotten LoZ:tWW for chrissie and are prob looking for some sites about it which lead them ....

I feel the same too. When the holidays started, here doesn't seem as active as it was. But like everybody says when the holidays are over, it will be the same as it was.

Yeah, I feel more of a balance between the 2. Back then, it was too much reading, games & misc stuff; not enough life in ZU <_<;;

Re: Rush Hour at ZU

Yeah, I feel as if it's slower right now, but I still like it a lot. I think it's been the best for me during the summer when The Hottest people threads were made and during my 5 month anniversary, then would come now I think.

Re: Rush Hour at ZU

I don't have these problems I come in 7 or so times a day, reply to everything that interests me, and leave. I rarely spend more then an hour and a half or so a day here.

Re: Rush Hour at ZU

I hardly ever go into the chat anymore. I did for a while, but usually there was no one there, and those people who were there, weren't really engaging in anything. I tried to get some stuff started, but got 'lol'-ed out of interest.

I always find something I'm interested in posting about every time I'm on, even in the lulls. Or I start something, and hopefully other people will find it interesting.

Also, in the random fact category, I have my status set to 'haunt', so no one knows when I'm online. Mwahaha.

Re: Rush Hour at ZU

Of course its the holidays slowing ZU down. But I dont really care. This place is still great Lots of people are spending time with family, going places, and having fun and stuff like that. I dont recall if it was slow or not during the summer. (i was gone half of it anyways)

Bah, next week it will go back to normal
