I call it. I've done extensive searching about any teen that has died in Australia... since that's where he lived.
This is what I found:

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has died and two other teenagers have been seriously injured when a high-powered sports car driven by one of them crashed into a retaining wall in Queensland's north.
The 16-year-old was in the back of a Subaru WRX sedan when it crashed on Beck Street at Rasmussen, in Townsville, about 3am (AEST) today, a police spokeswoman said.
The 18-year-old male driver and a 17-year-old male passenger were taken to Townsville Hospital suffering serious injuries.
The police spokeswoman has not specified whether the boy died at the scene nor if speed or alcohol are believed to have contributed to the single-vehicle accident.
It is not known if the driver was on P-plates.

Could this be him? I thought for a second it could be true... but some facts don't add up.
This happened on March 17th 2007. In Queensland Austrailia.
According to his profile on the Ocarina of Time 2D forums...

Victoria is in the southern part of Austrailia. The accident reportedly happened in Queensland, which is to the north, correct?
Well, one could say that he was traveling. That could hold true.
BUT WAIT.
Profile says what??

If a teenager dies, it's a great loss to any community. It would be reported in the media, because that's how morbid the media in general is. Always reporting bad news.
So if he truly died in a
fatal car accident, it would have been reported by now, and someone would be able to provide proof...
I call BS until proven true. THEN I would feel bad for everyone's loss... and his family.
APRIL FOOLS.
