Does anyone know how many known diseases there are in the world? If you have an idea please post.

Oh, I don't know, but I know there's a lot. Genetic, infectious, noninfectious, there's a lot of all of those. I can't even esimate how many known diseases there are.

Not at all, a disease that would kill every human who caught it, and could only be spread by humans wouldn't stay around all that long.

More apear daily and die at diffrent dates new stands form when old ones dies it is impossible to tell
