Piercings!

Yay. Just got me a new piercing yesterday. Thats 7 now. This was a new experience, however, as it was my first surface piercing, and done freehand without a clamp. Its just under my belly-button and has now replaced my nose ring as my favourite of all my piercings (tongue, lip-center and left side, nose, ear twice). This one was a quite painful one i thought. friends of mine had told me that their surface piercings were pretty painless, but i found this one to be probably the most painful.(maybe because it wasnt a split-second experience and required multiple pushes of the needle).
Anyway, since different people find different piercings to be more or less painful, i was just wondering what people thought was the most painful one theyve had? Also what is your favourite of all your piercings? (assuming that you have body piercings.) Anyones thoughts on piercings or any body art very welcome.

I've had a few piercings already, but only for my ears. I'm not really for tongue or belly studs, at least not yet anyway. I got my ears pierced the other month actually, after I was given a pair of earrings my certain someone as a late Christmas present. I had to be repierced though as before I allowed them to close up when I was younger and first had them done. I'm still needing to pierce them daily as I'm prone to infections and bleeding, so I need to keep doing this until they are sufficientially healed enough.

P.S: The piercings themselves aren't painful, 'tis the damn infections afterwards that's annoying!

I want to put me a piercing when i grow up.

My tattoo was an interesting experience. It was my friend's first time doing a tattoo and I volunteered to be his test dummy. It hurt like hell, but came out pretty good for his first time. (I am getting it fixed though LOL)

I let my piercings close (except for one in each ear) about a decade ago when it was apparent that I would be joining the military.

I've spent so much moniez of piercings ;-;
I have sensitive skin, so my piercings always get insanely infected, and close up super quick, and the ones i've tried to get in cartilidge (sp?) just havn't worked, and got so infected that i've had to take them out, otherwise i'll have to get operated on xD
I should have 9 peircings in my ears, but i only have two xD
They've all got so gross that i've had to take them out ;-;

I want a lip or septum peircing... but i'll never get one, because it'll get infected and wont beable to stay there, my boyfriend hates them, and they wont suit me xD

I was never much for piercings, moreso to do with possible infections. If I ever had to get one, then I would have the snakebite one (where you have 2 piercing under your lower lip. Is that what it's called though?). But I think that having a tattoo is now safer than having a piercing, since now the use of one-time use and sterile tattooing equipment is in tattoo parlors nowadays. No more spreading of diseases.

I've got two piercings in each my ears. I doubt I will be getting anymore. It would be an annoyance to me. Sometimes I don't even put earrings in the second piercings.
