Happy Thanksgiving!

Yes, Happy Thanksgiving to all ZUers! (I know it's a little early, but so what? )

So.....um.....what are YOU doing for Thanksgiving this year?

Me, I'm going to my grandparent's house on Tuesday night and I'm helpin' grandma cook up everything for Thanksgiving. We're gonna set up her house like a restarant and serve the relatives using menus and stuff, just like a real resturant!

What kinda food do you usually have?
I have the usual. Turkey. Stuffing. Mashed Potatoes....
Grandma has a couple speacilties too, such as Oyster Stuffing and Potato Filling (like stuffing, but made with potatoes.)
She also serves fruitcake (traditonally a Christmas food...) at Thanksgiving too! I think it's a little strange, IMO....

lesse.....as for the big annual "virtual" ZU Thanksgiving Feast....

Well, I for one (and probably the only one) don't really like Thanks Giving, I get ill thinking about all the food, and all the left overs XP

But, I am going to stay home and spend it with my mom, sis, brother and my brothers father. And that's about it.

this thanksgiving, we're not really doing too much. just hanging out at home, having a few relatives over, and just hanging around all day. we have our huge family celebration (and i mean HUGE - irish family, after all) at christmas...

Are Irish families stereo-typically large?

Since we don't celebrate thanksgiving in Norway (*sigh*) Im not gona do anything, but I wish all you a happy thanks giving!

Thanks giving really seem like an truly ameican tradioion. Would be rather cool to expeience it myself sometimes. Now all that I know of it. I ahve been seeing onn the televsion or read about somewhere els. Seems like a cosy tradition...

Me and my dad are going to Kansas City for thanks giving to meat my aunt and uncle, my cousin w/ her husband and daughter. Then we will eat, watch footbal, relax, ect.

Im going down to my Grandma's house. She always makes the most uber sterio-typically Grandma Turkey.

Not really much else that I am doing....but thats fun enough.

Yea...I am doing the same as every year....go to my grandparent' house with my family and relatives and eat.

Ehh...we usually have Turkey, ham, green beans, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, fruit salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, macaroni and cheese, yeast rolls, cranberrys, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet potatoes, yams, garden salad, and banana pudding. (I think I covered it all)

I hate leftovers though....So I usually don't eat the food after Thanksgiving...XP

Oh and my family will be decorating for Christmas after the dinner *shudder* my mom went out today and bought a few things, like fake snow to put on the windows, I love fake snow ^_^ oh and I think we might be going to my grandma's house for a while, I'm not really sure though Xp

Thinksgiving was more than a month ago.

I went to Toronto to visit relatives, and ate a plate full of nothing but vegetables -.-.

Yup, true... Blah, physics, a great way to ruin good time...

I'm going to my aunt and uncle's house *they're llike 60 or 70* and my two cousins will be there *20-30* It'll be nice, my aunt and uncle live in a nice area, and it looks awesome when it snows. My lil cousins and my other two older cousins won't be there, but it'll be quieter....and more relaxing....more time for me to eat my pie! ^_^
