When tired of ZU...

What do you do when you are tired of Zelda Universe???
When you don't want to answer the new posts???
When you don't know what to do on this site anymore???

I truly hope someone can tell me, I need to know, and that fast...

When tired of ZU, I take some time off... a leave.
I spend a few months away, get all good and refreshed, and come back.
Taa-daa.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Same here, just I pull pranks at people to make me feel refreshed. Taa-daa!

I usealy just head to a friends house or go out somewhere..Tadaaa....

Watch anime. Duh. Taa-daa.

When I get tired, I do my homework... Seriously that's good to do so you don't flunk everything else. But I rarely get tired of this place. Taa-daa!

I used to burn out from time to time, I'd just vanish for a month or three, then be back as if I'd never left. What do you do? Take a break. The longer you force yourself to stay around the longer you'll actually spend away.

It's as Sadie and GDwarf have said - you simply leave without a trace. I once left for about 6 months or so, I believe... all I know is that it was a long time.
But yeah- it's why I never write "goodbye" threads. It comes in waves, and I'll always return, it seems xD

Me? Well, when I get tired of ZU I generally post a tremendously ellaborate "BBD LEAVING THREAD/POST" and then wait around for people to try to convince me to stay :0P''

But really, I sometimes am just like, "Okay, I'm leaving for a bit..." in the chat and hopefully if peeps ever ask for me someone from there will let them know where I'm at..

But I'm hardly ever on ZU anymore, really. Most people just know me as "that dude" now, haha. I have made no great contributions which any newbies would remember.

You still have a fanbase and a troupe of loyal friends who'll never forget who this "dude" is, even if he tries his best to erase it by disappearing.
In fact, I'll take this opportunity to ask you nOT to disappear.
It would be lovely to have you posting around frequently ( at least ish ). The new young 'uns are missing out, I tells ye :3

Obvoulsy the best thing to do when tierd of ZU is to play Zelda! thats a no brainer!

Just lurk, till you find something to post in. It's been working for me as of lately.

Ditto. I certainly don't fit into the "friends" category, but I've always enjoyed your posts, BBD. (In fact, it's people like you who made me want to be a Nayrulian in the first place. I'm still dealing with that. :moodswing )

It's not some great catastrophe if ZU has lost its luster for you, rand. After all, there's only so much the forums can offer (especially since its n00bcount has skyrocketed and oldbies are dropping like flies). I've yet to go "cold turkey" with ZU, but I find that checking the forums once a week is usually enough to satisfy my curiousity.

You don't have to use the forums every pickin' day of your life; get out into the real world and enjoy, well, reality!

When I get tired of ZU, I stop posting completely, and usually don't even look at the forums, until someone on the chat links to a thread, and if I am interested enough to post, then I do. I have been posting this way for about a year and a half.

I'm accustomed to taking nice, long, six month breaks.

Hmm, when I'm tired of ZU, I got to a friends, jam all night and play video games. Then, I'll sleep over and we'll talk to people on MSN and do some crazy stuff. (not sexual you pervs)

But, most of the time I'm only outta the house till 6 since its school now, and then I'll come home, go on the computer for an hour or so, then do my homework and go to sleep, ahh, the good times.

Not that it matters, nobody knows me anyways, I'm just another guy.
