I need advices to make friends!

I am desperate I just moved and i dont have any friends in shcool I need some advice in making friends please help me! oh and getting a girlfriend too :cool:

just try to be yourself. if they don't respect you that way there not gonna be worth being your friend's

Anyways, like majin said just be yourself, have confidence in yourself in you'll be fine...

I think you should concentrate on getting some friends first. Getting a girlfriend comes afterwards.

I say be yourself, if you have to go pretend that you're something you're not then it's not worth it

if you pretend to be someone else it will eventually come haunting you that you've been acting all the time.

i think you are right you know I have a weekend to think about that maybe for next weekend i can have at least 1 friend.

My advice if you want to meet people: Join your school choir or theater class. There are always more girls than guys in choir, so in addition to the teacher liking you for being a tenor or bass, you'll have a group of people who you can be friends with for the rest of your school carreer.

when there's a new student in my class i alway's welcome them instead of those *******s in my class; i mostly turn out to be the one picking friend's for them =/

Meh I havent had a new kid in my class for 4 years so I cant remember...heh no one comes to our crappy school...anyways I hate it when people treat new kids so badly it sickens me... well have fun making new friends....its never easy...well at least for me o_O

Yeah i know i am in band and there that english girl wich is WOW! well the point is i am a trombone player i know some of them but i think i should also try harder.

Just do like everyone else in this thread has said to do; BE YOUR SELF It's really the only way of making friends ^_^

I also hate when somebody picks on a new student because i arrived to USA in april so I did 2 months of shcool. And those 2 months were the living hell for me!:mad:

going to a new school is never fun. good luck i already knew someoneon mine when i changed to mine. still, it would have been very annoying to make friend's there cause there all jerk's

Me i would be happy with 2 friends and a girlfriend with that i can survive. but if i can get more friends it will of course, better.

Just....don't stress to much about the girl
