ever had one of those days??

ever had one of those days, that you just HAVE to hurt someone (doesnt matter if its yourself),
cause i'm having such a day today, maybe it has something to do with the aura of a friend of minebecause everytime i see him i get real aggresive, im still aggresive tough, ive got so much anger and rage inside of me now thatif i come across a total stranger i will bust him up, for noreason, i just needto calmdown right now, some pounches on my brother oughta help (no just kdding i dont hit my brother, he hits me)
well i just hit my head to the wall a few times, sooo... helps me calm down...

but anyone of you ever had one of those days or moments like this?

and its true, maybe it has to do wiht aura stuff, cause that friends mine is a nice person but everytime i sit next to him or come near him, iget aggresive on a funny way, but still, i get dangerous, its scary....

I had one of those this past Tuesday... I was about ready to lock up my entire forum and laugh at everyone who couldn't post.

It's always what i do. I dont mind. But i wont call myself a bully, because you just need to do it, because your upset or angry. Try to think what could of made you angry. Or just break all the fine china in your house either way we all have these days kiddo!

Yeah, I 've had days like that many atimes. Feeling like I wanted to hurt someone, or torch something, just anything to get rid of the tension that was bottled up inside. It was a good thing I always had a friend I could take it out on who didn't care as long as he got his chance to counter-act every once in awhile, heh.

yeah but thats the problem, the friend im talking about is (forgive me for saying it so blunt) a wimp, even if a feather would fall on him he would have bruises, and im about 1,87 meters tall, have fists the size of a house and cruished a computer screen on my old school with one hand.....
so.. that why im dangerous, and im not a bully or something, im more the insane schizofrenic lunatic of my class...

Take a stick. Or a ski pole. Or something. Go out into the woods. And slash a bunch of defenseless plants to pieces

This is just probably something with puberty. Probably the hormones.

I would recomend getting a punching bag, and punch it with boxing gloves whenever you feel like it. When I was younger, I used to have one in my room. And it felt good kicking its ass.

I beat the crap out of this kid who was always taunting me, and shoved his head in a garbage bin, and everyone laughed at him.

I was SO satisfied ever since.

ive had one of those days. i was in a pissed off mood for getting in trouble for something i didnt do. then someone tried to cheer me up by reading a poem to me...it made me wanna hurl and hurt someone, so i mutilated a stuffed animal. poor stuffed bear...

exactly what kediasr said, is what i felt, yesterday, today im not feeling like that at all, (im only feeling a bit of diarhuea ((or whatever its spelled..)) sooo...)
but still i think im gonna go an dbuy on of those squeshy stress dolls, and punch it in oblivion....

well thats not my problem, its not like i have to hurt people every day, only once a week or something, its kinda frustrating...

Yeah, usually that's everyday and I usually hurt my brothers. Then I get grounded and can't visit here which really stinks!

I usually cuss out the next person to pass me...
