If you can't go to sleep, what do you do?

I usually read a book or go online or if im really bored i just sit and think.

It almost always takes me about an hour to get to sleep. I usually just lie there and think about anything I can conjure up. But sometimes I will go eat something or go online.

I have problems with sleeping...
I watch TV until I feel tired.

I think. We never have enough time to think. Just to stop and digest what we've done in the day, and why. Especially the age that many of us currently are, a very confusing age to be. Just to think... to ponder.. to consider... bring your hopes, fears, goals and defeats under examination.

I stay up til 12 or so every night on the comp anyways... I haven't had trouble sleeping in years

I always just talk to Mimi... if she's sleeping then I'll get up and read in the living room, or hop on the compuer to chat to a few night owls.

I either play GBA, read a book, or listen to music...it always takes me forever to fall asleep. I think waaay too much.

I never have trouble sleeping. My parents tell me lights out at 11 and then I listen to the Pillows, or some other music, for about an hour. By midnight I'm usually tired and fall asleep.

I've found it hard to get to sleep for years, so I've done just about anything possible to try and make myself tired.
Everything I try is boring now, so I have to find something else.................

I watch tv, if not i play videogames..... and if thats not enougth i get online.
Probably go to cook if im hungry at the time.

I fall asleep when my head hits the pillow....O_o...or if that doesn't work...I fall asleep in front of the T.V. or......shoot myself with heroin O_o

I've ben sleeping pretty good lately, but if it comes to a night where I have trouble sleeping, I either dream and think about my Zelda story and what I'm gonna do with it, Godzilla and the other Kaiju ^_^, or this one dream of mine to have all of us at one big hotel/resort fun place where we'd have a 5 day brouhaha!!! ^_^

Can't go on the computer, but I've got school now nad even then my mom won't let me be on past midnight........grrrrrrr -_-

I think. I'll let my mind wander, and think about anything it needs to. This might explain some of my wisdom.

Well it depends on what kind of mood I am in. Sometimes I play video games, listen to music, post on message boards, read manga, talk to my friends if they are awake, ect.

I only go to sleep when I'm sleepy, weather is be 2 in the morning or 10 PM at night. I always wake on time.

I take a sledge hammer and I hit myself over the head with it. That usually puts me to sleep. Or if I'm not in the mood for pain, then I take sleeping pills.

I usually just fry my brain-cells on the internet. But I don't have that mauch trouble sleeping anyway ^^
