Favourite Tropical Holiday

What is your favourite Tropical Holiday Destination? Please include a reason why.

Mine is Tropical North Australia, but I have yet to have gone anywhere else. I like Tropical North Australia, because it has everything a Tropical place needs. Rainforests, beaches that stretch Miles, National Parks, Great Barrier Reef, Sailing Boats and Resort Hotels. It's also a close flight (3 Hours) from where I live (Adelaide). Anywhere else I need to go through Sydney.

Well, I guess I don't know of anyplace that would be considered "Tropical" that I would, or have actually been on vacation to.

My boyfriend and I have been talking about taking a seven day cruise down to the Caribbean Sea... that's tropical, right? That would be magnificant whenever we get around to flying down there. :3

Hah!! I live in the tropics!! The last island in the Caribbean!!!!..................*sniff*....I wish I could see some snow though....

I hate tropical or warmer weather in general, save for the opportunity to go swimming(I'm not too great with that either, unfortunately). That redeems itself to some length, but then again, the closest place I've been to that really fits probably is Los Angeles. So, I guess that would probably be the default answer there.

Any where in Mexico near the ocean. Not only would I be learnng about my heritidge, but I would also be near the ocean making it easier to swim. Since I love to swim then that would work for me. It would be an awesome vacation. Of course I've already done that... I went to Puerto Vallarta for a week. I swam and swam and amazingly swam some more. I was more brown than usual after that week. That's saying a lot because my skin is REALLY dark.

Brasil, but absolutely NOT Rio, its the worst place in brasil!

I would say Tijucas and the whole "state" Santa Catarina, where I was born, the south of brasil is the most beautiful place part from Manaus.
