Your Username's Meaning

What does your username mean? This is similar to my other thread which is about the meaning of your name, but it's not the same. This is about your username and where it came from, what is it based on, what does it mean, etc........

Lets see where my name came from:
It came from the villian Ganon and I put Lord in front because I wanted to make me feel powerful. But I use other aliases on other forums and places:

Star Wars Forums - I am Luke Groundwalker (which is a parody of Luke Skywalker, DUH!)
Zelda Forums - I am Lord Ganon
Pokemon Forums - I am Mewtwo
Other Forums (and website accounts) - I am King Piccolo, bmtrocks, BMichaelT, Kazuma, etc.....

I just wanted to list that so everybody would know. What does your username mean?

Heh. Every few months it seems like one of these threads pops up from out of nowhere.

My name is simple. sadida.
Look at it. I'll tell you a secret. Read it backwards. Yes yes yes, you got it! adidas.
adidas, like the shoe company, or the song. Take your pic, but that's how I wound up with my very original name.
I stick with that name mostly anywhere.
The only other name that I've been known to use anywhere recently would be lainsama. Primarily because of Serial Experiments Lain.
That's about it.

My username is something I came up with a long, long time ago while signing up for battle.net to play Starcraft.

These days, I hate my name. I think it's utterly foolish. The only reason I keep it is because I have a nice big reputation all bound up in it.

mine has significance with my obsession with card games, and also, it's an inside joke from my childhood

I tried to join as Tricoteur, which was my username almost everywhere else at the time.

I still haven't figured out whether it's a real word or not. The french word Tricoter means 'to knit', and the usual suffix of -eur is used for a person who does that (i.e. danseur, professeur, etc).

I constructed the word Tricoteur not really as an announcement that I knit (though it was part of the inspiration), but more because I wanted something original and french-sounding.

I shortened it to Trico for these forums, and sense than have been using bentbacktulips (Glass Onion reference) most places.

hmmmm... BB are my initials, and _11, don't know where this came from. Oh, and for future reference, I much prefer being called BB to BB_11, the site said I needed more letters/numbers when I tried to create an account named BB

I was originally going to be Kaze-ou
Which is an americanized japanese phrase meaning king of winds

But then i found out about a graffiti artist named Kaze-one and really liked his art, it was amazing. His work was in my first sig

So my name sorta means "the wind one"
But it's really just meant to be expressive and sound kewl.

Well, on GC forums i was Hacker20. So when i was going to rejoin their i decided to make a new name instead. I loved necco's but I didnt want to leave Hacker20 behind in any way so i kept the 20 at the end. THen i can here, thought the 20 was n00bish after a while...and got rid of it. Yay

Since I'm kind of goth and some of my friends call me "Link" (because of my love for him and because they say I'm the missing link) and I had to add to it, so 4 is the first number of my school id and 7 is the last.

It's from the Bleach anime.

Kisuke 'Hat 'N Clogs' Urahara is my favorite character, so I adopted his nickname. ^_^

Well, It used to be Link71, but I just hate that name, and it's stupid, and I never post anything about Zelda rarley. I got it changed to Owned as you can see. I got it from Counter-Strike.

Well, I got my name from the character Haku from the movie Spirited Away. And I believe that Haku in Japanese means "white". So, there you have it.

The inspiration for my username goes back to about two years ago, when I made plans to write a short stroy about tomatoes becoming sentient and taking revenge upon humans for eating them.
I gave up on the story itself, but I still loved the idea of evil tomatoes. In my fanfiction, my muse took the form of an evil tomato named Steve (it seemed like a good name for a tomato).
So, now the evil tomato is my mascot of sorts. I use it in pretty much every forum I go to now.

Well my original name was <Ian>...it's my name with < > around it. I later changed name to Sizzlin' because it relates to my last name. My last name starts with an "Sz" kinda sounds like Sizzz, so Sizzlin's the name.

VA-virgina, I grew up there, CUM- you knwo what it is, and GOD, because I am a god, of everything and anything related to orgasm fluid... now that is they way I with I came up with me name, but unfortunantly it's just a mispelling of vacuum, which was the first thing I saw when I was trying to come up with an interesting name

I think I just wanted something Zelda inspired that didn't have to do with the overused name of 'Link'. If I were to decide to change my name at current, it'd be 'Hunter' or some kind of variant of the word.
