Wow....I'm gone for
two weeks and there's already a new Community Thread? Creepy....Anyway,I was off in Montana. At first, the final destination was Glacier National Park. We had to stay at some random places overnight, but we just hapenned to be going through South Dakota, and saw Mt. Rushmore and later,we saw Yellowstone. We then went through Wyoming for a reason I do not know. Once we got to Glacier,we stayed in a KOA. It was pretty nice, for a Kamping Kabin. I was kind of bummed that you have to walk such a dang long way to go to the bathroom! I mean for God's Sake, why couldn't they have an outhouse, orlet you go in the woods?!?! Bah whatever. I missed
ZU and TT and video games A LOT.(And I'm sure other's would, too) Later,we took a hike, yadda yadda yadda,we came to a motel in apgar village,we had a TV that had four stupid channels, yadda yadda yadda,we go to a different KOA in East Glacier. Then we take a 4-mile hike, all up-hill,then a 7-Mile hike that was all uphill, then the hardest one ever....a FIFTEEN MILE HIKE,that was nearly mountain climbing at the beginning(you go around a mountain holding onto a string)And then after about 5-Miles we come to a bunch of boulders and have "lunch" there. Then we run uphill a couple miles, and Horse Flies and Bull Flies are swarming me. I ran up the moutain, all the way to the top,and then I was exahsted...I had made it to the chaley, and that helped to it's minimum. I waited for my family, and we had all the food we had left. That, was ONLY the beginning. When we went down,it was all uphill, and we were going DOWN the mountain. Then we came to steep ridges on the side of a moutain again, this time, without even the string.....We went down, and all were exahsted, especially me. Then it was all flat, and the path kept getting smaller, pretty soon,it was out of sight. Then we saw it. We did that until we found a moose, and two Grizzly Bears. They were on the path before, and there were huckleberries,EVERYWHERE. We then walked for miles and miles until we came to a man going the opposite way as us. He said it's one-hour to the end. At that moment,I thought I was about to die. I was beyong exahstion, there were bear sightings,we had to catch the shuttle,oh god.......then it went like that for another lot of miles, and we came to a lake. I dunked myself in it,and got my walking stick wet, because it would cool me down after my body was dry. Then we went on,found a few bridges, and other than that, nothing interesting hapenned, really. Then we finally found a sign that said where we had to go,we were almost there! I ran as fast as I could to the end(which wasn't all that fast, really)and fell back when we came to the end. And belive me,that trail is worse when you do it. After that all we did, really was hang out,and crap like that. When you get past the hardships,it was pretty cool. I'm just glad to be back, though.
And how could I forget this? Happy Birthday to me!(It was on the 27th,but....)
