This is a game that originated within the clans (farore to be specific). I desided to introduce it to the entire forum to see how it would go.
Long Story Short is an interactive story where you control the out come. You start by writing a paragraph that needs to be continued. The next person completes that continuation by writing a paragraph of there own that eventually stops at with a cliffhanger, and so on an so for forth. You can make it a weird as you want, there are only two rules
- It must be a paragraph to keep it from being spam and
- don't make your post super long, this ain't no epic novel... well technically it could be but... you know what I mean!
I shall start...
I pulled up to my house on a Friday night, tired from work. I packed the car, exited it and entered my house. It has been very quiet since my ex-wife left. I cursed to myself for thinking of her, she took everything, even my dog. I sighed and sat on the couch and began to watch Cartoon Network. Cartoon Cartoon Fridays began to get stupidier and stupidier. Flying watermelons and smiley faces, I grew disgusted with it. So I pulled out my magic katana, Slicendice, and destroyed the TV. At that time, I new my anger was getting out of hand, I destroyed the only TV in my house. That is when I senced something. I ran into the kitchen, sword in hand, only to find none other than...
