This wouldn't be the first time the comic book industry has revived someone from the dead. Not so long ago the comic book "X-Statics" made Princess Diana into a superhero. I didn't read it though, but the rumors was true. I guess putting the Pope on a comic book is...comical, but I think it was done too early (especially since he just died). I don't know about the rest of you but, I usually like to respect the dead by not making fun/mocking the person who is deseased for a while. If it Super Pope Comic is done tastefully, then I see no harm in it.

I honestly wonder about this guy. The Pope just died. It's a little too soon. I don't really think it's appropriate quite yet. Aren't they trying to make him a saint now? Just curious.

Great! Love it! They had this on Australian comedy program, 'The Glass House' last night and they had a lot of fun with it. I can't exactly remember what they said but it was quite funny. Oh, yeah, now I remember:
Popie-man, Popie-man Does whatever a Vatican. Hmm, I wonder if they'll have a cross-over issue where the Pope has to team up with Buddha in order to infiltrate an international ring of aethiests.
