Need some software

I need a piece of software, but have no idea where to start looking for it. Something that tells me CPU temperature, system specs and all that other technical stuff.

I've seen screens of something like this before, I just can't remember what the name was.

Re: Need some software

I've never heard of any such software. I know Windows has something like that built-in, though.

For your system specs you can just go to:
File -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information

I'm not sure if you can find your CPU temperature with that though. If it doesn't, you can always check your Bios, but you'd have to restart every time you wanted to check. =/

Re: Need some software

It isn't the prettiest system meter out there, but Uptimer4 does the job with minimum resource usage and screen footprint.

If you're looking for something a little prettier, SysMetrix might work (And it's popular at WinCustomize.com, so you can find skins and such for it).

Neither one of these will display CPU temperature, however - I have yet to run across a monitor that will.

I don't think you can get a program for showing CPU temperature...

Shove a thermometer in there!

Re: Need some software

If the motherboard has sensers for measuring screen temperature then it will come with the software, if it doesnt then there is no way unless you buy a new one with them...

Re: Need some software

I found something called "Motherboard Moniter" and it does temperature, but that's all it does. It works though. I was also looking for something that displayed resources and crap, what's being used and all that, sorry for not clarifying it before.

Fury Three, I'm checking out Sysmetrix right now. If it does everything else, I might just run that alongside MBM. I was kinda hoping for something that did everything though.
