What you live for...

So guys, I know his is a little down like in saddness. So guys what do you live for? Do you live for your parents or some thing like that or the help of others?
Why are you living and breathing from this day?
Do you support others?

I like to think that I live for self-discovery. Day in and day out, I'm constantly trying to deduce what makes me who I am and how do those things fit with the rest of the world around me. I rarely grow attached to other people, even family. I'm more of a person that will be friendly, but prefers to discover who he is first before reaching out to friends/family/serious relationships. Not to come off as a recluse, though. I have great social skills and am easy to befriend. For the time being, however, I wish not to place much value in those connections until I figure out what composes myself as a human being and how I can enrich the lives of others with those qualities.

I live for others living. I help and support others such as the sick and the old. I live also like a baby as if I don't know anything and I am looking and experiencing through my two eyes. I am like a mindless robot not as in intelligence but as in experiences. I am just a helper and an aid for others help. Or I am just living cuz I believe in my head of endless life. I am a car on the road. Why should I stop? I will just keep driving ittill I die or crash. That is my life.

I live for fun and new adventures. Stories and games are the things that truly make me happy. I don't care if my job isn't great, as long as I can still buy books and video games, and be with friends.

I live because of the fear of dying and becoming nothing but a forgotten memory.

But besides that, I guess you could say I pretty much just live for my family. But I'll stop there, as I don't want to get into feeling down, going on about how I have nothing or no one else.

I don't really know for sure. I guess I'd at least say I live for the few people I love.

I feel like I live to make people happy and bring a smile to their face. I do my best to be a kind helpful person who always is here to uplift other people.

Life is great. I love to make people laugh, I enjoy little things like rain and eating and music and friends. The world's a beautiful place. I'd like to do all that I can to make it better, so everyone else in the world (and those who will be born into it in the future) can have even more opportunities to live a happy, fulfilled life.

I live for three things, making friends, oreo's and video games. Are there any other reasons to live?

Why do you have to live 'for' anything. Why can't you just 'live'? There doesn't ahve to be a reason for everything.

Some people don't feel they need to live for anything.

I feel that at least at some points in my life, the only reason I stayed around is for my parents, who I love deeply and who need me almost more than I need them. If I didn't have them I think my life would've fallen apart ages ago, that or I would've possibly offed myself. Thankfully, that never happened. Presently I would say I'm living more for myself, because I want to live, and do things, and create a life for myself... probably because I found Tesla, who has made me realize the value of life and appreciating the things I have. So love... I am living for love.

And I love it

I'm living for others. I enjoy life, and I have to say, it's amazing however you slice it. I try to be an optimist, so its all great. I leave the windows open at night, plant flowers and other poet stuff (XD), but I really don't have a direct reason to live. Like lady sunshine said, I guess I'm living for love.


And I'm loving it too.

I don't know. I just... live. I go through it without thinking much more than what I'd like to have for lunch or what videos I'll watch on YouTube. If there's a chance for me to help with something, donate to charity or to encourage someone then I'll do it. My aim is to just go through life. Basically, I live to die. Not that I'm gonna kill myself or anything I enjoy the journey.

I live to create and entertain. There's just this feeling you get when you can entertain others, and it gets magnified when it's something you yourself made.

That feeling is something I love, and I hope I can feel it for the rest of my life.

Personally I live because there's nothing better to do. If I find a better alternative I might take it.

In my faith, it's Jesus Christ.

But if you want a more earthly answer. It's people.
Despite how much people can be real jerks sometimes. I like to bring the better out in people. It makes me happy and others as well.

In my opinion, you have to live for yourself before you can live for anyone or anything else.

On that note, any ounce of happy I can find anywhere makes my existence worthwhile.

Please don't think me rude, but...
This disgusts me. But only if it's what I think you mean it; like in girlfriend.

You don't need a girlfriend/boyfriend to succed in life, or even make the world a better place.

You can make the world a better place by taking any chance you get to help someone out when they are in need. Though I'm sure most of us including me, think or are too busy with something else to even try to help.
A simple example, with a simple fix would be, a random old person drops their cane by accident.
A more complex example, with a more complex fix would, be raising money for charity. It's a good thing, but you must have patience, as it may or will take a while to collect yen/money for the yang.
Try that kind of love.

And don't kill anyone with kindness. Meaning, don't go compliment someone if you don't like/don't actually mean it. Be honest with yourself and the other person(s).

I agree because I don't believe in love.
