I have certain factors in my favor and others very much NOT in my favor. Despite living a fairly healthy lifestyle (no smoking, good eating, exercise, minimal alcohol use), I expect to go in maybe my sixties or even late fifties. I'm type A and don't handle stress well. Unless I get that under control, I'm not going to make it into my seventies or eighties. Also, no centenarians in my family, and my grandpa (whom I look very similar to) died before I was born from a heart attack at 50.
