My pet peeves (that I can think of immediately):
-Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, tenses, etc.
-Volume settings must be either an even number or a multiple of 5 (preferably the latter)
-Wallet money in order and facing the right way
-The arrangement of my videogames (like in my 3DS 18 card case)
-Being at least somewhat symmetrical
-When people say Nintendo is for little kids
-I dislike hypocrites
-Dislike anyone who smokes or does drugs (and if it's someone who I'm related to or a friend, I do my best to fix it for their own good)
-Filling in bubbles completely on tests with the same amount of shading
-The direction of things like silverware, pens, pencils, remotes, etc.
-The arrangement of my eating area/items whether it be a tray at school or the dinner table at home
-When people touch, take, or move my things without asking. My parents do this a lot, it gets on my nerves.
-When people talk or say or argue about things they REALLY don't know about; especially with touchy issues like religion and politics, which I do know about, so I know it when I hear it. This is one of my biggest issues.
-Close minded people who always think they are right when they really aren't.
-Close minded people in general. That's not the way to move forward. Close minded people are the ones in history that tried to halt the exploration and growing knowledge of the world (like the earth being round and orbiting the sun).
-Really arrogant people that exhibit 1+ of the two traits above
And there are more, but there's no way I could go over every one.

These too. I also hate when people are mean to you when something is wrong somewhere else in their life. I've had a few friends (and ex-friends) that have done the same thing. It's worse for me because I only want to provide comfort and help.
I hadn't thought of the hug one, but I've had hugs like that (like thinking: "That was a hug? I hardly felt it.")... loved the image reaction
