I don't understand why people who I've never spoken to are claiming I'm their friend. I just don't get it. If I post a reply to a post of yours, I'm not a friend. I'm actually probably rejecting whatever you said.

For those who are my friends, they don't need to be listed to know it.

None of you people, with a minute amount of exceptions. If you're my friend, you'll know it by the fact that I'll start a conversation with you. If I don't, it probably means I either don't know you or I think you're a jackass.

yeah, I don't really consider many of you friends, nor would many of you consider me one, so that's why I said I have good relations with them

I don't have any friends here, except maybe l-o-s, who I've known elsewhere (Pick a forum--any forum--it doesn't matter)... Or maybe I'm mixing up mortal enemies again.

i dont know anyone in real life, but i guess everyone here is my friend... sorta...i guess....

Those who are my friends know who they are.

Specific people I've named in the past can be easily looked up, anyways. Though, since then, I'd say there are two other people here that I consider friends.

If what Mess is saying is true, I wouldn't put you in that group, you seem to very popular here. I would rank you as just below a moderator really.

As for my friends, well Haku is, I know him from other boards, but virtually no-one on this board is my friend, but I post here because it's quite active.

Being a moderator does not necessarily equal popularity. I remember back when Sear was first given mod powers, everyone hated his guts. I've been through that, too. Most of you probably don't remember him, but DarkTachyonGekido wasn't exactly loved by everyone either.

Well mine are in my signature. Also Fox who is a member here but mostly on the chat is my closest friend.

Anyways, yeah, I can't really say we're friends if you consider me a friend, 'cause for all I know someone I dislike could like me, so blah. So I'd definitely go with the #Zelda people, they are the best, and dumbest, like zelink.

I had a good 'friendship' with an old Member named Bobofeet. He left but I used to chat with him a ton on AIM. Also the only friends here I have r Manga Oni-Link, Alchemist, Serefina, and Dark Vaati, my 'kids and husband'. Your sig describes me Tonix. I have no friends in the real world. Partially because I love things that people hate and despise. A person even told me that 'I was like a goth, without of the black crap.'

Well, I'm friends with GC, if that's what he wants to call it. I mean we talk, right... right?!? A while back me and rejected fairy talked for a while, but I'm not even sure if he remembers me. I am sorta friends with linkcr, I think.

Mmm yes it's true that mods don't necessarily equal popularity. I just think ZG was trying to say that I visit here often as if I were one. I've seen how a Mod's work never ends. Mods must do what's right and keep everything in order. I know that what you say is with good intent los, and (I'll be honest) at times I disliked you, but I'd like to openly say that I consider you a friend.

That's the response I aim for. People who used to dislike me, but grew to consider me a friend

A large portion of my best online friends started out arguing against me. A guy at another board who I used to argue with nonstop also ended up one of my best friends, though I hated him at first. I blame him for my transformation from blind Nintendo fanboy to... less blind... Nintendo fanboy

Same with DrZaius. I veiwed him as an annoying upstart at first, but we ended up friends. For awhile he was probably my best friend here at ZU.

Dryth... my first real contact with him was a debate, involving an article I wrote. He's probably the person I admire most in the Zelda community.

Jenova's Witness? Yep, I very much disliked him, at first. Now I consider him a friend, though I haven't spoken with him in forever.

And even Searanox and AnakiN... There have been periods where I disliked both, but they're past, and I consider both good friends.

Even Mirren fits the pattern. At first, I thought he was an annoying newbie. Probably because he was But now's he's cool.

Despite being around for quite awhile, nobody really. I view myself as the guy who's just sort of "there."

Heh, at this point in time for me, nobody.
