I always add this to the end of my sentence if I'm unsure or just simply don't know how to finish it. It was unintentional first, but nowadays I sort of look at it as my manner of speech and I embrace it.
Interestingly, I do this is Hungarian ("vagy valami ilyesmi") as well as in German ("oder etwas ─hnliches") too, so haha. I translate my catchphrases. 8)
Even Keith tends to add it nowadays. It's CONTAGIOUS.
Not so much catchphrases as word. I have 2 step daughters and partner who now use these 2 word in everyday life - and im hoping it will spread. Please let me know if im being totally unoriginal here!
1. Floofy - you can use this in 2 ways the first we use it for is when your brain is not quite working to full capacity and you feel like its full of fluff, we would say ''oh stop beeing so floofy'', or ''Im feeling really floofy right now. We use this most commonly when we have a hangover on a Sunday.
2. Fewfy - this is for when you can not quite catch your breathe and you go ''Phew'' by with an F on the end. Again we use this when hung over and you feel all ill and shaky and you cant quite catch your breath - prob from smoking too much too - but then we would say - ''oh, stop being so fewfy!''
I know they kind of sound the same and they have both derived from too much of the special sauce.
I used to say "lol" just to be a pain to my friends but now it's used frequently.
And according to my boss, I'm the only person he knows who says, "Wait, what?" when I get confused. So I guess that can be a catchphrase.
And "hellz yeah." I use that often.
My road rage catchphrase is "asswipe." So if some ❤❤❤❤❤ass cuts me off, or tailgates me, or whatnot, I usually yell, "Get off my ass you asswipe!"
I have a few, actually. The first one I use a lot at work. We have this one manager that loveees to say "Look here" as well as "What the hell". He has a really odd accent and drags those words out too. So basically, we just mock him and it's now become catchphrases that the majority of us say outside of work.
My second one? It's when I get road rage/angry. I tend to say assclown quite a bit for some reason when I'm angry. Example?
"Alright, I get it. Stop being an assclown and leave me alone, will ya?"
