What are things that scared you when you were little, yet you laugh at now?

There was this episode of Scoobie Doo where this woman somehow turned into a vampire (or some ♥♥♥♥) after answering the phone.

Nightmares. For. Weeks.


Looking back, it was just ridiculous.

There was this scene in a live-action Pinocchio movie from the 90s that creeped the hell out of me when I watched it in a day care.

A few months ago, I told my best friend (who is the same age as me) about how a live-action Pinocchio movie with a scene where the children on a roller coaster turn into donkeys was downright creepy as a child. Then he looked at me and said "I SAW THAT MOVIE TOO (as a child) AND HAD THE SAME RESPONSE. It creeped me out for almost a week!"

I never saw the animated Pinocchio until I was older, but apparently the donkey scene from that one was just as scarring for little children (and looks like it would be, lol).
