What Annoys You 3.0: Everything Sucks

I really can't stand professors who aren't good teachers. This past year I was taking a Cultural Antropology class (elective) because I thought it would be an interesting class. I enjoyed the book and what we learned, but my teacher was incredibly boring and monotonous. I literally fell asleep every other class. A subject that should have interested me turned out to be more of a drag than anything.

^ Teachers who can not teach are not good or enthusiastic... I don't know why they are teachers, really. It just doesn't make sense.


I really dislike it when people at college notice you have a car, and they decide to make you their personal taxi guy and make you feel extremely bad when you can't take them somewhere one day - the day you finally stick up for yourself when you are sick of them asking for rides when they never pay for gas or thank you in any way.

i dont really understand why people get annoyed when animated films are CG?
what's wrong with that? As long as it's a good film, im fine with it.

I just can't stand people that laugh at everything with a disgusting laugh and never stop. I wish for them the worst.

Yeah. I didnt have a car when i was in college but i had a friend who did. He always got gas money though because: One: Its rude not to offer. and Two: We both lived across town from the school.

I really hate it when im shopping for clothes and see something super cute but its only in plus size (or uber small). Whats up with that?!

I'm fine with CG, heck, I love CG, what I can't stand is when they take a 2D cartoon with a perfectly good artstyle that looks excellent under any standard and remake it in CG 'cause CG is "obviously superior"

It annoys me when people call themselves a Unicorn, but they can't provide evidence to support the existence of Unicorns.

Well, in all honesty, whoever said that does have a point.

So I'm sure some of you have broken up with a boyfriend or girlfriend and afterwards, had that "What was I thinking?!" moment.

That's what I currently realized (well, for the past month) about my ex. He's very immature and the way he and his roommate demean women, and people in general, is disgusting. He is someone I would never have wanted to introduce to my family and friends.
And seriously, one day I will punch his roommate in the face.

I'm not entirely sure if I was asked out to the school dance or not yesterday...

Okay this is getting out of hand. All it seems like y'all are doing is using this thread to up your post count. So I want everybody to read this closely because I want to be as clear as possible.


I am temporarily locking this thread until I can get together with the rest of the GCC mods and we can figure out what to do with this thread. Because what is going on right now is obviously not working.


This isn't a permanent close, but it'll probably last a day or two until we get things sorted out. Until then, I don't want to hear a word about this thread.

Alrighty then, I've talked it over with my fellow GCC mods and we've decided on this.


We're going to keep this thread closed for about a month. During that time we're hoping y'all will sorta...lighten up and not have so much negativity. We'll also be working on revamping the thread to prevent this sort of thing from ever happening again.

I know y'all don't know this but this thread has been discussed a lot in staff, and a lot of thought has been put into what we wanted to do with the thread, and what we're going to do with it.

We'll be working hard on this thread, so it'd be much appreciated if y'all would just let us work in peace and not ask about it.
