Your room!

SHOW US IT.

Are you messy, or a neat freak? Is your room big or small? Do you share it with a sibling? How much time do you spend in it? You don't have to post pictures, but it would be appreciated! I'm curious to see how other ZUers live. :3

My parents gave me the master bedroom when I was about 12, because they thought since I was getting older I'd need more space. They were right. I share my closet with my mom, since they took my old room and there's not enough space for my mom and dad to both put their clothes. They're content with my old room, since all they do is sleep in it anyway (:

Here's my bed. Sorry about the mess, and ignore the pillow arrangement. That's how I move them when I'm using my laptop.


Bedside table. I try to keep it neat and tidy, and most of the time it is.


My dresser. I always have a bunch of ♥♥♥♥ on top of it, and this is actually cleaner than usual!


My desk, which holds my tv and desktop computer. Underneath is my dvd player and Wii.


My bathroom. The shower is behind the door, and my towels hang up there too.


Speaking of showers!


Here's my very messy closet. It's been worse though, and those clothes on the floor have been there for MONTHS. I'm too lazy to put them away. xD I keep my games/dvds/books in here, on that shelf.

My Room

I go to a Private Academy, this is my dorm room! Well atleast my half of it, the other half belongs to my room mate Angie (and her usless bunk bed [i mean a bunk bed? really?)

I'm certainly not going to post pictures of my room. You've already seen it, Tess, and the rest of ZU doesn't need that kind of visual trauma.

Imagine you took a toddler to a thrift store. You buy everything the kid touches, and put it in a small room. Add an earthquake and a bunch of cardboard boxes. There ya go.

Oh and there's lots of Zelda and Mario posters on the walls.

I share a room with my brother, and since it's on the second floor, it often gets unbearably hot during the spring/summer. I really only have my gamecube, a small t.v., a small desk and my reading lamp up there, next to my bed. It's the only room in the house that is clean sometimes, so I do end up spending a lot of time up there (mostly during the winter).

I feel your pain. My room is typically in the high 80s in the summer and has actually reached the mid 90s at various points. ;-;

I share a room with Jodd. It's pretty plain. Bed for the two of us, bedside table on each side, two chests of drawers, a cabinet, laundry basket. We have a walk-in wardrobe and a nice little en suite, too.

All of the bedrooms in our house get super hot in summer.

Oh Jesus, don't get me started! Angie and I have our room on level 5 and it just so happens only levels 5 and 7 don't have air conditioning. The teachers tell us to leave our doors opened and we'll get cold air from the other floors. To sum it in the summer 20 girls have their room doors open and you can here everything everyone does or says.

Last summer (when I was first sent to the School) I had the door open and this newbie girl comes in and is all "KNOCK! KNOCK!" so I was all like "Hey, Sup?" and then she's all "Hey are heard swords clashing so I cam in here." (I had just turned on my Wii and started TP going). I was like "Oh, yeah. Uh, I'm playing Zelda." And she's like, "OH. MY. GOD. Can I watch?!" And you know to make the newbie feel welcome I let her stay. That newbie's name is Angie. We became quick friends and convinced our Dorm Attendent to let us room together. Dam, don't ya just luv how Zelda brings people together?

My room's a little messy right now. It was a lot worse before I saw this thread. Still can't motivate me to make up my beds, though.

Here's a view of my room from the door outward. I've got posters on my door, ugly curtains, and a lot of junk.

Here's all three of my beds. I never make them up. I've got my Hetalia bag, a white flag, and my lion hat hanging off the top bunk. On the bottom bunk is my stuffed Elephant Earl Grey.

So yeah, that's my cluttered and large room, ZU.
Oh and speaking of temperatures, my room is the hottest room in the summer and the coldest in the winter because of its high ceiling. It also has a chandelier thing instead of a fan.

My room is a pretty sweet set up! The coolest room I've ever had before. I share it with my daughter. I live on the top floor, obviously. That door in the picture leads to my balcony. I have two beds, one to sleep on and the other to dump my clean clothes on to put away later. As you can see by the clothes I left there...(I'll put them away later)
I have a nightstand, dresser, and TV too. o:
None of this furniture is really mine since I basically just moved in to the guest bedroom and I've been here only a month. But I love it.
It really lacks the personal touch all of you guys have. My room is like staying in a fancy hotel. Forever.

come to think of it, theres not as much ♥♥♥♥ in my room as i thought.

My room is a disaster area, those of you "clean" people might have a heart attack if you saw it.

Pretty much covers it, except that all the unlabeled space is filled with crap, and the mess of squiggly lines is all the cables and wires I can't ever seem to contain.

Casanova, that is a ♥♥♥♥ing amazing bed.

Casanova, i'm going to ditto on that, your bed is AMASING!!! My room mate has a regualer bunker in our room and I'm always trying to get her to throw it out. BUT, if it was like yours I would steal it from her. Where did you buy it?
