Where do you work, you handsome devil you?

Ok ZU, I know you can't all be shut-ins with no lives! Where do you work/what do you do/are you happy with it?

I work at Chick-fil-A. (For those who don't know, it's a very reputable chicken restaurant based in the southeast US) I'm actually able to say that I enjoy my job. It pays well, and unlike some jobs, I am not given a specific position. Instead of being a cashier every time I work, I may be doing kitchen stuff, or even just helping the boss with moving shelves. I enjoy the variety, plus, I get free meals on break, unlike other places. It isn't a bad job for someone like me who is just finishing high school.

I work at my dad's pharmacy. I'm a cashier. Not really, the majority of the people here can be pretty rude when it comes to getting their drugs and sometimes you'll get screamed at because their co-pay was higher than before. :|

Well... I'm a middle-school student (8th grade)... and I might as well put it here, I would want to go into dentistry.

I don't have a job at the moment, I have applied at Best Buy, Emagine (a local movie theater chain in the Metro Detroit area), and Game Stop. There's not a lot of places that pique my interest around here, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

To any Canadian ZU'ers who know the chain of restaurant's, I work at Original Joe's as a bartender.

Just finished my second bartending shift today, and I'm still getting use to working 7 hour days, 10AM to 5PM. By the end of my shift, I'm starving and have an empty stomach, it's killing me!

I don't have a job!

Work at a pet shop, do some odd jobs at my dad's veterinary clinic, and I hope to go in to the Marine Biology field.

I work full time in an Optometry Practice as an Ophthalmic Technician. I run the tests and machines when patients come in for eye exams, eye problems, and eye surgeries prior to them seeing the doctor.

Apparently I don't have a job, but I intend on being a scientist.

I currently work at a pizza shop.

The ultimate teenage job.

When I'm here at school, I'm an RA. It's a lot of fun.

However, when I am not in school and I'm back at home, I am a manager at an Edwards Theatre. Love both my jobs!

They're screaming at the wrong people.

I work part-time at a pharmacy. Mostly as the Front cashier, but sometimes I work in the pharmacy.

It's alright, but the pharmacy can be really hectic.

I work at a cozy little local restaurant called, Morris East.

I started out there as a dish washer, but now I'm a pizza cook. We're a gourmet pizzeria! Our main attraction is wood fired oven, so nothing we cook ever comes in contact with fryers or anything overly greasy. I think you all need to stop by and have a delicious salted caramel tart, they're the best things on the planet, I promise.

Where do I work?
I work in a restaurant that's part of a hotel. It's the one that's in-charge of room service food orders or ala carte orders if people don't want the buffet.

What do I do?
I cook food.

Am I happy?
I'm bored and thinking of resigning and going to another place that needs my services actually. But the pay is great and I'm content with it.........For now.

Well, technically, I work at my desk.

I take great care to avoid work as far as possible.

I haven't had one since December and it sucks. I can't pay my rent or bills, so I have to rely on my boyfriend to help me out. I have no money for anything for myself, and I feel guilty whenever I have to get him to buy food for me. I can't drive, so my areas of work are extremely limited, and it seems like every job I could do is ridiculously hard to get to on public transport (like over two hours of transport and ridiculous lengths of walking). Bleech.

Hopefully soon we'll be moving to a house right near a train station, so I can start looking for work near other train stations.

From August to January, I had a faux-job as houseguard and dog/cat-watcher for my family. No one else could be home to take care of business, so I moved home.
Since I had bills and moved to the forest for 5 months instead of working and having a social life, we decided that I deserve to get paid.

I am currently my dads bookkeeper!
It's incredibly dull and easy work. But I get to listen to ska, sitdance and organize things.
I like organizing things.

Then in spring, I will take my money and move in with best friend for 3 months.
There's a dogwatching job for me there and I don't have to pay rent. FOOD MONEY YEH.

Get a real job, Buu.
HAHAHA, no. :D

I used to do voluntary work at a café back when I used to study Animation. One shift every weekend, that lasted for about a year. Did it for the experience. (: A lot of cafées and such require you to have some experience in their field, so I figured working at this café would help me getting a paid job in those areas easier.
