Man, all this apocalypse ♥♥♥♥ is pissing me off. I know it just started, but I can't wait until 2012 is over so we can stop worrying about the stupid Mayan calendar ♥♥♥♥ and move on to the next doomsday date.

Every time I hear weird/loud/unnatural noises outside I always think it's the world ending.

There was this one night where I heard large booming bomb-like noises outside and the first thing that came to my mind was an apocalyptic war. It turned out to be fireworks though (but they really sounded like bombs!)

A longer time ago, as I was walking through the hall in my house to go outside I felt a huge vibration, heard a deep unnatural noise, and saw a flash of green light. As it happened I literally bent down on my knees because I thought that was going to be the end for me (I was thinking alien abduction or just a mass explosion). It all passed really fast though and I never figured out what had caused it. My sister felt it too so it wasn't just me having a seizure/psychotic episode.

This great din from the heavens is sign of Ragnarok, where I, Thor, will descend from the great longhall in the sky and crush enemies of Thor!

Living in Delaware, heard something eerily similar to this when my childhood friend came over for to spend the day... Mmf, I was sort of oblivious at first due to the fact it sounded like a plane but then it got deeper, louder, repeated three times and stopped. Odd.

I just heard something that sounded a whole bunch like these sounds.

However, I was inclined to believe it was just some form of machinery. Although, it's during the night.

That site isn't credible?

If so... good... because then I was going to have to start freaking out about hearing that sound could possibly mean that where I live would be one of the areas where one of the major earthquakes would strike.

There have been a ton of earthquakes where I live recently, and we don't get them where I live, so...yeah... It would freak me out.
