I think most, if not all, of us feel like this at one or another in life. It's all part of maturing and continuing to grow, even when we're already adults. How I see it, we're always changing little by little all the time until we step back from ourselves one day and recognize those changes. And then we regret the things we may have said in the past when we were less mature or at a place in life that caused us to react in ways we weren't proud of.

I understand how this feels, so you're not alone. Try not to be so hard on yourself. ^__^ If you've made right with the people you feel you've hurt, then you should feel happy. And if you haven't, it's never too late to talk to that person about it. Also, even if you never get an opportunity to talk to that person about it directly, God will always forgive you (I say this since I know you believe in Him :) ).
