I have a story...

I'm back, and I'm pissed. I just got terminated from job corp for the most redundant thing I've ever heard of. In fact I'm so pissed I came this close to beating the crap out of the staff member responsible for my termination. Check this...

For the past month, I've been sick, and the medicine they were giving me wasn't doing a damn thing. And this is what I always tell those damn doctors... I know my body better then you ever will I've lived in it for 18yrs, and for the love of god give me sick bed so I can rest. Well I only got sick bed once, and I wasn't even sick that time..... Go figure.

Anyway I'm standing there with the pills the nurse gave me and I said "**** this, I'm going back to my dorm and going to bed I need rest not your damn Fix it all from diarrhea to aids medicine. (They give you the same kind of medicine for everything... I honestly think it's a sugar pill.) As I'm sleeping in my room Mr. Brian comes in there and tries to get me to go to my Carpentry trait. He doesn't listen to a word I had to say and cuts my sentences off every time I try to speak. And the one thing I hate... And I hate it with a passion is when someone speaks over me. I respected him enough to listen to what he was saying, and not only that I was polite enough to get up from bed and get ready for class. That's when he started pushing it. Saying he was going to terminate me if I didn't leave blah blah blah. I got pissed and got my cloths on finally I lost it and I went off on him. I got in his face screaming, yelling, I came pretty close to hitting him during our argument. I guess I scared the 28 yr old man that was 6'2 and 200 plus pounds to call the cops on me. (Please keep in mind that his story was that I had a weapon and I was threating him.) That's when I really lost it when he started lying, about how I was refusing to go to class, how I was constantly being disrespectful, and how I was "uncontrollable." I damn near said I'm going to kill you when I was pissed but I caught myself and said.

"Damn you, you ignorant son of a *****. You're a god damn lap dog to Mr. Shepard and your job is to slap students hands when they've done something wrong. What right do you have to terminate me for being sick! You're making mistake after mistake and I see what your doing. You have no paper work, you're lying about my endangerment to this factuality and you're a worthless son of a *****, I want to beat the **** out of you, No **** that I want to... No I'm not going to say that, but you know what I want to say."

After that I threatened to call myself a lawyer because I knew what he was doing was wrong. I went through no paper work, no CRB (every student goes through a crb before termination. Crb stands for Center Review board.) I was sent out during school so that no one knew that I was leaving. Kinda ****ed up anyway.

But that's okay because Mr. Shepard is a very understanding man and coming back to Jobcore will be easy. I can't wait to say hi to mr. Brian and rub it in his face that he's a lap dog and that I have more power than him. ^_^ Influence is Power.

I wanted to believe me lioness I wanted to fight him so bad, but I held back because I knew if I hit him I would have no chance of going back to job core. And that means I don't get to go to college. If I complete the job core program, they will pay for my college, so I have to go back otherwise I'm going to be small town Jordan again, and I can't have that. I'm not going to live that life again.

No he meant the room, ya I know my story isn't very clear, but that's really the parts I remember. I Was so furious through most of it that I can't remember most of what was said. I sorta black out when I'm mad and become a totally different person, like a skitzo, but I do remember bits and pieces. He told me that I had to get dressed or pack up, so I got dressed. Then the ******* pissed me off, I don't really remember how, but it had to do with him being rude, and disrespectful. And that golden spoon fed bastard doesn't understand that if he can't give respect then you can't get it either. And where I'm from if I even smell the hint of disrespect I snap, just like anyone else I know. *shrugs* Maybe it's because I'm Irish...

Wow, that was some story, good to see it all work out in the end. Anyway, welcome back, ain't seen you here for a while

I realize I'm new here, and may be over stepping some boundaries, but perhaps you should work on being more calm. The guy sounds like a total ass, but your outburst and being vocal about wanting to thrash the guy don't really help your case if it comes down to it. If you said that to him with other people in the room, more fingers point towards him than you. Plus he may have been scared, but he may have also decided it would be wiser for him to not put his job on the line by getting into fisticuffs with you. If he's playing games with you, he took the right path because fighting with you would only lessen his claims.

I don't know whether your story is sad or happy O_o. But it seems like you sure showed Mr. Brian... good work . I hope you get back in. Oh, and what does being Irish have to do with anything? Not unless people there are racist bastards, ugh.

Anyways, glad to see you are back, I was actually just thinking about you recently, weird.

I think it would actually give better results if you wouldn't swear, but then again, most people tend to swear when they get upset.
(I have luckily never been that upset, and I don't know what I would do).

Oh yea completely true Swearing and losing my cool doesn't help anything.

But Irish people are known to have one hell of a temper and love to fight. I mean that's the sterotype you always hear about irish people. They drink, they fight, they go to war. I mean they aren't called the Fighting Irish for nothing. Ireland only has one of the bloodiest histories, but hey that's just a sterotype... >_> Besides I don't have a temper and I hate fighting... <_< >_>

Anyway things are looking good I've already talked to Mr. Shepard and I'll be receiving my appeal papers either this weekend or next. After that I have 30 days to turn them into the department of labor. They go through a 30 day review process, and then they determine wiether I can get back into job corp or not. With the help of Mr. Shepard this is going to be a piece of cake.
