My inbox has...389 messages at the moment. Haven't cleared it out in a while, though. At least a few months, anyway. It does help that Remus increased the inbox size for moderators a while back.

I delete mine as I go. Whenever I get over 5-10, I get rid of them, because I know they are old and not needed.
I've probably had over 100, but I don't care enough to count. The thread just sounded so pointless that I clicked and replied. I could care less the number of PMs I have, I would be PMing myself to raise the number if I cared.
