GOD! I hate my Human Geography professor!!!

God damn it! This human geography teacher is such a moron! We have to memorize 300+ land features (mountains, valleys, plateau, coastlines, etc), waterways (rivers, oceans, seas, bays, lakes, etc), countries (the entire world), provinces (both Canada and U.S and all of them), and islands (literally all of them existing on Earth right now)! WTF man.. It's impossible to memorize the entire world! And we only have like 2 weeks to study with our other courses!? And if we get below 15/20, our marks get deducted in half? Like if I got 14/20, in reality, I can only get 7/20? He's retarded the a-hole! Pissing me off!

Please, don't use the word gay as derogatory, ZU has a populated gay community that may find that offensive.

Anyways, it's not physically impossible, just put your mind into studying a lot and it should pop into your head. Personally, even I could do that.

If you don't have a photographic memory, you're doomed. Switch schoools. Drop geography. Ask the teacher his own questions. I don't know what I'd do...

I also might want to inform that I'm really pissed off right now. So any words that I'm using might sound offensive to you: 1. Sorry about that 2. If you can't accept it, too bad.

I also want to mention that I got other courses too and finding these stupid places with an atlas took me four days to do and nearly any rest. I also don't have a "photographic" memory like some people here. So if you want to compare your eliteness against my own ability, then you can never understand what's going through me right now.

Easy for you to say. But what can I expect anyway? Here are many people that don't even know me at all, so I can't really expect them to give me any good advice on studying other than: "Study more, deal with it", although these kind of replies are so obvious that you really don't need to post in the first place to begin. Blah.

I've had my own little rants lately on ZU too. It's good to share it with other people, even if they don't understand. Of course the mods might be nazi's and not let you, but meh.

heh, that really sucks Stormcat. If I were you, I would be pissed too. This might not be similar to your problem but I had a huge test last week. Guess what I did? I had 200 terms of Anthropology to study and most of them were from the Primates evolution with those weird terms. The only thing I can say is to make flash cards. It will help you a lot. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. You have the time and it is hard to study it with your other courses, but use this time wisely, and I am sure you will pass this test easily. Don't give up man. What are you going to do later in college? They are much harder and a lot to do...

Lol... Yeah, thanks. I'm still taking random courses right now to figure out where exactly I should be going for my future career. Anyway. I was just ranting to let out my fumes, and it somehow worked too. Again, sorry for the harsh words back then. And yadda yadda yadda.

The test has gone okay. I could have gotten like 17/20, but I was being stupid and ignorant and foolish and dumb and so I think I got 14/20, which, I will be getting 7/20 in reality. Next test in October, though, I will do better seeing I now have more time with at least half of my homework and projects done.

Hey sorry to hear bout your trouble. When I have to learn stuff like that I get sticky notes with the nams of the stuff and stick them about my room, so that I always have to look at them, and then I can learn them. But 300 might be a bit much...I'm sure you'll manage

Heh, yeah I did. Like some have said: "Deal with it" and I did in the end. I wasn't actually complaining mostly about the amount. More than 2/3 of my rage is on the shortness of time that we can study with. If I have more time, I'm sure I can ace all these quizzes easily.

But yeah. I'm not the one who has a tough course, so who am I to complain in the first place? Consider this my irrevelant ranting.
