They're accepting and open-minded as long as you're gay or flaunt how different you are from other people. If you act vanilla in any way, people are snobby to you.

Odd considering ive been greeted with smiles by random people in that town. I dont understand that reasoning considering ive never been greeted or even had any inkling of people judging me there at all. I spend a great deal of time there (once a month in fact) and really never encountered that.
Los Angeles.
I dont necessarily hate it but i am not fond of that town. Its rather smelly and extremely hazy and smoggy. Theres graffiti everywhere and it just has an overall very unpleasant vibe about it.
Oakland.
San Francisco's rather ill-tempered next door neighbor. The place is a nightmare to navigate through and the people are rather off putting. A lot of natives rush around as if they dont want to be out of doors for too long. Rather unsettling, that. Has a very ominous feeling and you cannot help but feel malign forces lurk in every alleyway.
Sacramento.
Hard for me to outright hate this place since the origin of my existence happened here. However, like Oakland, it can feel very unpleasant. Not in the same way though. You dont feel like youre in any real danger in Sactown but you do feel as if people are purposely ignoring you. People are unfriendly, the overall layout is jagged (one way..ONE WAY...
ONE WAY...) and there really isnt much to see. I do have family there and pass through it often to go see closer relatives in Woodland.
Overall though, i do not hate cities.
