Just curious. If your interested in politics, vote. Otherwise...don't. It'd be nice for some people who actually understand what Kerry wants and what Bush should do and blah blah.

I don't like either of them, but I'd rather have Kerry then Bush, so...

I usually don't care who is president judging from party or political viewpoint. I just want congress and the presidency to be led by two different parties, one by the democrats and one by the republicans. Right now both are held by the republican party and you can see the effect it has had on this nation.

If you read it completely it said the draft might be made if BUSH, not Kerry, was again the president. Here is the excerpt:

The draft $28 million has been added to the 2004 selective service system (sss) budget to prepare for a military draft that could start as early as June 15, 2005. Selective Service must report to Bush on March 31, 2005 that the system, which has lain dormant for decades, is ready for activation.

See anything wrong? Assuming the president is going to be re-elected is folly by any party who assumes that.

Nader all the way! I don't like Bush or Kerry. Although, if I had to choose between the two I'd go with Kerry.

I honestly don't care. It doesn't even matter for me now, I can't vote. But as far as I'm concerned, I have no opinion. To me Bush is a very nice, great guy, but as a president he's a bit mediocre. Kerry seems decently good, but he seems sooooo boring. I swear, I hate un-original boring people. I've always liked the presidents who have personality, are lively and can give fiery speeches, that's why i liked Clinton a lot, and why Bush ain't the worst thing to me.

I hope I'm not like this when I'm eligable to vote...

Please Try To Stay Current ? All I Said Was I Heard That.. And I Did.. On Another Forum.. I Didn't Say I Heard Kerry Say It Himself.. I Was Just Saying What I Heard Someone Else Say.. I'm Not American.. Nor Do I Follow American Politics.. So Why Would I Stay Current With Them ? Lol.

i'm not american, so i can't vote, but i'd have to vote karry over bush. since bush has been in power, the us national debt has gone from 5 trillion dollars to 7 trillion dollars.

kerry would not reinstate the draft. in november, he's getting my vote. not that it'll make any difference in virginia. everyone here is a republican...

as for ralph nader and the green party, I really wish people wouldn't vote that way. I'm a socialist, and I hate nader. he's just stealing votes from the democrats. anyone who would vote green would take kerry over bush, and in an election as close as this coming one will be, every vote counts.

The only thing that I am against with Kerry is that I have a feeling he won't be as hard as Bush is on terror. Hopefully Kerry will guide the US in the right direction against terrorism.

I also have a feeling that this year a lot of people will be voting. It seems today that Bush has delt into many things people are either strickly for or against, like abortion or stem cell research or gay marriage which he is strongly against. Not to mention the war he started in Iraq where there was no unified sentiment. Everyone was happy with Afghanistan but Iraq may have been a mistake for Bush.

You know what? I can honestly say....

Though, I do wish I could vote, I think its crucial this year to get Bush out. I have no clue who I would vote for on a whole, but between those two, John Kerry is the "lesser of two evils", IMO.
