Question about mozilla

On Chatzilla it says it's an IRC thingy, does that mean I can connect to #ZU from there or only it's own networks?

Yes, yes you can. I have tried Chatzilla, but its not that good. Stick with X-Chat or mIrc.

Yes, you can connect to #Zelda from Chatzilla.

1. Click on Window > IRC Chat
2. Type /Server irc.efnet.net
3. Type /attach #Zelda
4. Have fun!

Just download X-Chat and goto EFnet. It's free, looks better then Chatzilla, and has more features.

Yes, X-Chat is free.

Download version 2.0.9. Once you installed it connect to EFnet. After that, go to server, join channel and type #zelda. See you there.

Personally I prefer a modified mIRC script called ircN over any other chat clients, xChat included.

If you're interested in getting ircN, you can check them out at www.ircn.org I believe. Their script has some nifty features that others don't. Been using it since I got into IRC, and I'd say it's almost as good as *****X

I've seen my friend using ircn in the past but I had a question that I never got the chance to ask before he moved to another country.

Anakin, ircN is just a patch for the original mIRC or is it a seaparate "program" that comes with the registered version of mIRC?
