I'd make a law that if you broke you'd be put to death regardless of the circumstances, and I wouldn't tell anyone what it is.

How is that self explanatory? If a person wants to smoke let them, especially if its in their own house, they only hurt themselves. Plus, the high excise tax is only a good thing for us.

I'd outlaw anime and manga from America.

Not really make something illegal, but restrict use of certain things via the use of tests. Mostly like IQ, but changed depending on the activity in question.

For example, people with no sense of awareness. These are the people that stand in the middle of the isle in a store and block the way. The people who switch lanes while driving and nearly hit people. The people who bring children to the movie theaters, and when it cries, refusing to take it to the lobby, thus forcing everyone in that theater to have to deal with their crying little ****.

Using this system, I would hope that the amount of idiots we see in everyday life would be cut down.

There's no way such a law would stop rape from occurring. It's utterly ridiculous to suggest that women who have fallen pregnant by being raped should be married to their attackers.

Okay it's time to set things straight. Why does everybody think I'm being serious? I mean I think this should be enforced to some degree but how can peole honestly say they thought I was serious when I posted the one comment about marrying a rapist.
