What is a bump?
and... how do you "bump" a topic?
im just curious because I have seen people post "bump" and im just wondering what the point of it was?

bumping is when you post in a topic to push it to the top of the page.

yeah people do it to try and get more attention to their topics

Not that you're allowed to bump threads here without saying anything on-topic; it's considered spam.

if you bump a topic thats about bumps, is it still spam?

because bumping inherently would be about the topic
