What is it with all of these people wanting to bring fictional characters to life?

Seriously, if you want to do THAT, just write a book or draw a comic. That's as close to a fictional character coming to life for you as you're going to get (unless someone plays the part for you...which isn't likely).

To stay ON TOPIC, what would I do? I'd get a picture book of famous people and engage them in discussion and see how they react to the world around them (Kinda like Wayne's World).
