Taken anything from Zu to use in school

hey just wondering if anyone has taken a poem or heard quotes on ZU then used them in a school project?

Personally i haven't but a lot of stuff in the creativity is very good.

That'd be plagiarism :/ Why has it even crossed your mind?
Unless you mean stuff one has personally posted here at ZU and then use it outside for something.

No, and I never would.

Well, I've learned some new English words from the members of ZU.
And I started to use them. That's all.

With the amount of mindless spam posted here.. I don't think it'd be a good idea.

That's not even close to a proper citation, and why would a teacher let you copy a poem and cite it and turn it in as your work? Even if it is properly cited and it isn't plagiarized, it's still not your work so she/he wouldn't accept it, most likely.

Also you could just not be lazy and do the work yourself.

Not in school, but whenever I see a good quote I generally post it on Facebook as my status. It happens rarely, though.

You know, it's people like this that make me have second thoughts posting my stuff here. Thanks a lot, dicks, this is why we can't have nice things

Maybe I've used the same idea or way of thinking, but I don't feel like getting in trouble for plagiarism.

And internet memes. Though I still don't understand the majority of those.

I've gotten a couple ideas for one or two essays, but never anything that could be considered plagiarism.

This would be the last place I'd go for that. Especially if I wanted quality work.

Same here! As a matter of fact, ZU, actually improved my way of writing and reading even more than what my teacher did. I've only used the vocabulary that I was thought here by some of the ZU members, but other than that nothing else. Besides why would I want to plagiarize? It wouldn't get me no where.

I would never consider taking work from ZU and using it in school.

Though, I would be fine with something kind of like that, if I read some kind of funny joke and wanted to tell it to somebody, I would just do it.

Generally, there is so little worthwhile written on ZU that I would never consider using any of it in anything academic. There's nothing wrong with it in principle, though, so long as you cite your sources (yes, a message board post is a valid source, unless it's generally something factual, like what you could find in a book or academic journal).

This is the most overly specific random thread I've seen, probably ever. Anyway no I have never taken anything from this place for school I don't see why you would want to steel any thing for school.

I take most things from ZU into my bedroom.
