I think it's all a publicity stunt. But even if it's not, this family sucks. My dad was watching some horrendous wife swap show, and these people were on it. The father is a total douche, and a reckless man. The mother is a passive hippie who lets her children go on storm chasing trips and among other things. And on top of that the kids are a bunch of little ♥♥♥♥s. They just want more spotlight now that their T.V. debut is over.

I had a feeling this was a publicity stunt the moment they found out the kid wasn't even in the balloon. And it turns out, like others have pointed out already, it was a publicity stunt. How did they think they were going to get away with this? It doesn't matter, though, they're screwed now. Good for them.
