Tell him to leave you alone? That's what I would do.

Of course I am a socially inept buffoon but it seems like a good idea.

Well, either way, if he thinks that you two are in a relationship and is telling that to everyone, get in his face and tell it like it is. If he is bothering you, don't encourage him. Sure, you may hurt his feelings, but he needs to learn how relationships work.

you should go out to dinner w/ him, and when he goes to the bathroom pretend you forgot to bring your phone (or actually forget) and ask to borrow his for a phone call.

PS: you're supposed to delete the number when he's in the bathroom and before you make the phone call.

*edit*

actually that's probably terrible advice.

I know that's not exactly much proof or reassurance, but I've never read or heard anywhere that said the pill was harmful to their children in future.
My issue is that the pill simply hasn't been around long enough to see if it may cause risks for future generations. Not only that, but there is a chance it can ruin future fertility.

Natural family planning isn't exactly the safest method. :x Like I know if that was all I planned on using as contraception I'd constantly be worried as hell that it failed. A lot of places that talk about birth control methods don't list NFP because it's not exactly regarded as a reliable method. Of course the success of it raises if you talk the proper precautions (with the testing and the temperatures and everything) but that would seem like such a hassle to me. More so than using a condom or taking a pill, I guess.
I was using the Billings Ovulation Method. What I liked about it was that I knew exactly what was happening in my body and when it happened. (Like, knowing the exact day of ovulation is always comforting). When used properly it is 99% effective. My problem is that it put way too much pressure on me to make sure I WAS using it properly, and that it doesn't leave me a lot of time for intimacy. And yeah, now I'm scared as heck that it's already too late, but it biologically and physically wouldn't make sense for me to be pregnant.

Quote:
I can't speak for female barriers, but you won't be able to feel a condom.

http://www.wisegeek.com/how-do-iuds-work.htm Might be helpful.

If you're still worried about hormone levels in the pill or whatever, you might want to look into minipills. They're less effective than the combination ones though, so you'd probably want to back it up with a barrier method just to be safe.
I think we're going to try a barrier method in combination with the billings method we've been using. Of course, we're both actively involved leaders in one of, if not, the only religious organizations that does not support contraception. But I'd rather have a healthy marriage and not get pregnant at a time we can hardly keep ourselves fed.

So this is ultimately the downside to waiting till you're married to have sex- neither of you knwo what you're doing! Plus side is that you have to learn some time, and what better way than with the person you're stuck with for the rest of your life? =3

Yeah...I'd have to go to dinner with him. :<

I really should tell him, but...I dont want to talk to him on phone. Plus, he mumbles and when you mumble in French on the phone it is completely unintelligeable. I'm very tempted just to get my friend to let him know I'm not interested.

That chance is so miniscule that it doesn't matter, and the pill has been around for almost fifty years. Trust me, there aren't birth defects or fertility problems at all (or at least the chance is so low that it's near impossible). People who can't get pregnant after birth control probably couldn't get pregnant in the first place. Just putting that out there.

I have no relationship with my mother. That's tolerable, I suppose, because I've never been a loving daughter in her eyes. But now, she's trying to destroy any communication possible with my sister.

you're a man? You're gender indicator is telling me you are a man. The post referring to a specific woman that you want to pursue a relationship enhances this.

But.... but... I've seen pictures of you, and you appear to be a rather attractive female.

I AM CONFUSED.

Re: Women's Advice Thread

I am having womanly, womanly problems.
I wear a 32D in bra sizes.
It's impossible to find anywhere.
In Victoria's Secret, the 32Ds are not only $50+, but they're ugly O_o;
In Macy's it's still ridiculously expensive at around $40
Depending on the brand I get get away with a 32C, though I constantly have to adjust it so they don't slip out.

Just... does anyone know a place where I can find decent bras in my size that aren't overly expensive?

I'm a woman. Forte speaks truth. The male indicator thing is just there cause I was bored. P:

Oh, and thank you. :3

@kreebby:

My dear, I feel your pain, but there are some out there. There should be several shops that are there for the sole purpose of bra shopping. At least around here there is. The situation may be different around your neck of the woods. But just keep looking - ask some other big breasted women where they get their bras. Look out for sales!

Or maybe google. :3

My next guess was that she was homosexual, but wow that male indicator thing is confuuuuusing.

And um, Renee, talk to your sister through the internet or telephone, regardless of your mother's sentiment.

Babez, talk to me. I read the situation, but still kinda vague on details if I'm gonna try to give some advice. Like, why would your ma do that? Has she got some sorta beef with your sister? And in what way is she trying to stop you? Or if that's more on the personal side and you'd rather keep it private, we can chat via PM if ya wanna.

Well I was a bit of a wild child in my "early" teens and I guess my mother viewed that as malevolent (which is , I guess , why I'm not at home.) . Since I'm so far away, it is easier for my mother to watch over my sister when she makes phonecalls/emails etc.
