Light blue eyes and violet/purple eyes.
Even though I've never seen someone in person with violet/purple eyes, I think they'd be pretty freaking awesome to have. :3

I have hazel eyes (the green, brown orange-y, blue-y ones, not the variety of brown one that some people call hazel) so that wins. On girls it depends, although a say a very pretty girl with eyes that were practically black that made me think "wow she has pretty eyes"
