There is like a unexplored region in Hyrule Castle on the map anyway of axessing it and what is in it?

Are you talking about the graveyard? You have to dig a hole under a wall to get there. Just search the walls with sense turned on and you'll eventually find the path.

Its possibly on the last floor before the Boss. Its a treasure room. You can get the key by going to the left or right courtyard (depends on what version of TP you are playing, Wii or Gamecube) and you will find yourself in a large grassy courtyard. Go to the end and you will face Lord Bulbin again for the last time. You will get a key after you defeat him and it unlocks the treasure room.

What game are you talking about? TP? Oh and if you are infact talking about TP then in the area where you used your boomerang in a specific order go back there and look to the side and use your senses as a wolf and there is a dig spot. There you will do some stuff and get a key that can open up the room right before the boss room with a bunch of treasure chests in it.
